Awful, if it was a free continental breakfast than I would have expected what I got. However for $15 it was gross. The eggs were tasteless and watery scrambled. The muffins were sickeningly sweet processed crap and the pancakes were blah. The fruit was ok except for the honeydew had gone bad and I had to spit it out in my napkin. How do you not realize before putting that out?! Argh wasted money.
We just finished a really awful breakfast here. They have a breakfast buffet for $15 per person. Don’t waste your money. The scrambled eggs are not made from real eggs, they don’t have toast, muffins or bagels. They have blueberry and banana muffins-the kind of quality that you would expect from Hostess. One choice of yogurt-‘Lite and Fit’ - which has the consistency of glue and is flavored with aspartame.
i wish there were more places like this around town. the bill was appropriate for the quality.

The worst. I have never been to a location that is so incompetent. I was at this location and walked out due to lack of service. I decided to try it again as I stay at this location for work. Tonight I went into Cactus Rose. I was the only customer here. The staff was at least six people and a manager were so busy gossiping that my service was extremely slow. After 20 minutes I get my food and asked for A-1 sauce. Ten Minutes later still didn't have it. I finally went to the back of house to get it. The prime rib was cold by the way. I asked for a manager for which they tried to avoid, however, I wasn't going to stop until I talked to one. This clown was a mistake. He was a pacifer and did nothing to rectify the problem. They are completely incompetent at this location. If you are a State of Arizona employee stay away from Double Tree Reid Park. You will Regret it.

Went into this restaurant. I was the only person their. Took a while for waitress to get their. Ordered food. The prime rib got their and asked for steak sauce. Never came. The same time six staff members gossiping about other staff. I literally got up and went into back of house for steak sauce unnnoticed. No one ever checked on me and food ice cold. Asked for manager. I was contacted by manager who did nothing but patronized me and left. This was the second of the last two times I have been here this happened. Wont be a third. Stay away from this place.
Best customer service I have received in this city. Madison was a fabulous and attentive server. The food was good and in healthy portions. Nice and quiet atmosphere. My only complaint (and this is nitpicking so much that I am not even dropping a star for it) is that the glasses are so small. By the 3rd refill how about bringing a larger glass instead.
The staff at the Cactus Rose were friendly and welcoming. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant. It could be described as understated elegance. I was happy to find vegetarian and even vegan entrees. There is a vegan burrito on the menu. My choice was the salad bar. This was a good choice, as there were healthy and gourmet selections available. My husband and I had a truly enjoyable dining experience.
