Was not aware of the new "service fee" for take out. What the F for is this, napkins??? Only place you do your own order and have to pay them for it. Lost a customer until there is a logical explanation other than greed.
Sat at the bar. Cass was the bartender and was on it. She never let my drink run dry and got my food order out quickly. She was a delight to talk to and was always on the go.
Really disappointed - we bought the 15/15 Wing Bundle and all the traditional wings were dry, had practically no sauce, and they tasted stale. The fries were soggy in a bad way, too. Typically B-Dubs does better than this location, major letdown.
Went in to grab a bite to eat and it was absolutely horrible. The service took forever to come greet us. The table was disgusting NOT even cleaned.When the server finally came,she took our drink order than we waited another 5 mins to place are order. Once placed, the food was completely cold. Absolutely nothing was hot. It tasted more like it was microwaved. Fries cold. My son asked for a burger with nothing on it but the meat,chesse n bun. He got everything on it. And when the shift manger gives us our food,he asked if there was anything else. I asked for napkins, silverware and more drinks.he gave us the napkins and silverware but went to the server to tell her to get our drinks. The shift manger should of taken care what we needed instead saying something server,which took longer. I wasn't looking for a free meal BUT when i told the server, there was bunch of excuses about the kitchen n new staff. It was horrible, cold and taste less. Never ever going back. And if are willing to hire shift managers who do absolutely nothing for the customers, congratulations because u just did that.
Very shady business practice. Ordered from a place called wild burgers on GrubHub come to find out it's just Buffalo wild wings rebranded Postmates GrubHub all the delivery apps have them listed as a separate vendor even though if you wanted to you could order from Buffalo wild wings website separately. Food was burnt overcooked and I would not recommend the food the atmosphere at the restaurant may be different
Manager at 7:20PM stated that they don’t do curbside if they are really busy (which they weren’t) and the employee said “we haven’t done curbside in months”. Even though my sister did curbside a few days ago.. that’s just lazy and very inconsiderate to those who are high risk and handicap. Why offer curbside on google than? Instead of just bringing my sister’s food out the employee walked around and told all the employees what happened. And all the employees looked confused and looked out the window. Like do your job??Last time I was here I found Brush hairs from the sauce on my chicken. This place is disgusting and horrible customer service.
I ordered food for pickup and the staff was very nice and it looked super clean but when i got home i was so excited to dig in! I ordered 10 boneless wings, half spicy garlic and half Thai curry plus an order of mozzarella sticks with marinara and southwest ranch. They forgot my southwest ranch which wasn’t a big deal to me but it still sucked. Then when i went to eat my wings it was so salty that it felt like chilis on my lips. I’m new to the area but every time I’ve had Buffalo Wild Wings it’s always been good. This time it was just different and unsatisfactory
Came in to watch the U of A men's sweet 16 game and sat at the bar on the very end next to where the servers get the drinks. Place was packed for the game and everyone was busy! Food was pretty good and the two young ladies running the bar did a pretty good job. I had the cheese curd bacon burger with fries. Reason for the 3 stars is my first draft, the glass looked dirty. You can see the pic posted. This was before I had any food and it was on the inside. The outside felt kinda dirty as well! Also the beers here are never ice cold. I prefer a frozen mug like some of the other establishments have. The garbage can right next to my seat should not be there. It's within arms reach and is disgusting! All of the servers come up and throw food in there from tables. This should be done in the back. Additionally, my check was rung up wrong. I had 2 Barrio and 1 bud light. I was charged for 3 Barrios and im almost certain the bud light cost less. I don't work for the health department but if I did some of the other things I witnessed here would definitely be a violation. I won't be coming back anytime soon!
This is sort of a mixed review. The food wasn't bad just missing parts of our order and very salty to me. We ordered garlic parmesan wings, teriyaki wings (both were supposed to come with fries, missing on both), Mac n cheese, cheese curds, and sweet bbq brisket tacos with chips n salsa ( missing salsa). The wings (both sauces) were good just very salty (husband didn't mind to much) cant say about the fries because they were missing, cheese curds were very good, daughter said the Mac n cheese was good, and the tacos for not having much of a sweet bbq taste, they were good as well. They were either missing the guacamole on them or had such a small amount you couldn't see nor taste it and the salsa for chips was missing. Food was also on time and ready when said it would be. Over all the food was good but for the price we paid and the missing items, we will most likely NOT be ordering again. I'd will say give it a chance tho if you haven't tried them. They are definitely worth a chance.
The staff there today, phenomenal! The young women who helped us is amazing. She needs a fat raise, now! She was patient and understanding, seeing that I was struggling to keep my sanity with my mad as hell 2 year old. The staff today was great and I appreciate everything given to us.
