Went on Father’s Day. The waiter was rude. We brushed it off because he was probably a Dad that had to work on that day. One of my daughters mac n cheese was cold so we asked if he could please microwave it a little for us. He said no problem. Brought the macaroni and cheese back and it was colder than before and the plate was freezing cold. I asked to speak to the manager, he said the plate was put in the oven for 5 mins. I said the plate is freezing cold he said oh that’s because we keep our plates in the refrigerator. That’s when he insulted my intelligence and I wasn’t having it. You don’t bring a plate out of the oven freezing cold to the touch! I will never go back to this location. They didn’t not take accountability for what they did which I’m sure was put the plate in the freezer instead of the oven because they were annoyed. Who ever the Manager is made excuses instead of apologizing and looking into the incident. Never again!
Great experience all around. Rachel was a wonderful server and we didn't want for anything. The food was also delicious and hot. Dad especially liked the onion rings. Thank you so much!
We ordered food for takeout for my son's birthday dinner. We arrived to 20 minutes early but went in anyway just to check. The food was ready. Unfortunately when we got at home it was already cold. The celery and carrots that were supposed to come with our order were missing. The wings themselves were dried out and almost inedible, as if they've been kept under heat lamp for an extended period of time. If that wasn't bad enough, all three of us suffered from diarrhea the next day. This is not the quality of food I have come to expect from Buffalo wild wings. It definitely negatively affected my son's birthday. I am a very unhappy customer.
Ordered online for delivery got the wrong order, which I had to go myself and get replaced and when they replaced my wings were dry and tasteless, I ordered the hot buffalo wings bone in, they did give me fresh replacement wings so they said, however my wings were tasteless and I had no buffalo sauce at home to doctor my wing up. I was so upset especially that I was looking forward to this order and I rarely treat myself to wings once in a blue moon. I was highly upset, especially that I had to drive after placing a delivery order for some DRY, TASTELESS WINGS!!!
Stopped by tonight for some dinner had Desirae as our server it was great to finally get good service here from someone who actually knows what they are doing. Anyone looking to enjoy your time and have a attentive and knowledgeable server ask for Desirae you will not be disappointed ❤️
We went to take r grandson after his graduation, I ordered a hamburger, and I wasn't too pleased with it because it was brunt, and sooo hard, I didn't complain cause it was late! So I won't b ordering a hamburger from Buffalo Wings again! Jst being honest.
Worst place to order food for delivery. When i called after my order was 1 hr late they made excuses by thw time my food arrived it was cold the wings hardly had any sauce almost completely dry and the large fries and potato wedges were like halfway filled. I was so dissatisfied i will never order again... :/
The usual sports bar place. Their chicken is between dry rub or sauce so it's a nice pick. Tried their Henny Hustle and it was good, will order it again if they have it.
It was a sunday night and not too busy, i was very shocked when the food came out staggered, there were 8 of us. One meal came out and the rest came 10 min later except for the last plate which cameanother 7 min aftwr that. After having been a waitress for many many uears i was so surprised the food came out thay way. The wings and the cheese curds were great although the shredded chicken sandwichs were dry(kinda strange since it was loaded with bbq sauce). I would have complained but my roommates mom asked us not to. I would not go back or recommend this location to anyone.
We got attended by a worker that looked like he was on drugs and I ordered boneless and fries but when I got my order, It was wings and no fries. And the Pepsi there was pure water. A canned Pepsi would have more flavor than this. My mother got a burger and ordered no fries but she had more fries than my dad did. We waited about 30 minutes for our food and it wasn’t good. Very Disappointed?…
