I ordered online last night. Aīfter calling, and speaking with someone I went and picked my wings up right away. As I'm waiting for the gentleman in front of me to finish picking up an order I had a moment to look around your restaurant and I have to say, I wish we would have dined in. The atmosphere was great and your employees were so nice and pleasant to everyone I watched them encounter, including each other, very refreshing. Next time we eat there it will be inside instead of at home. Great job people ??
Great customer service with quick food preparation. Numerous flavors for the wings. The staff created a inviting atmosphere and the beer was cold. Always a go-to for the playoffs of any sports fan.
Quality has gone down. Would take the family there often but recently the food quality and service have started to suffer. Last visit there were maybe 10 people in the restaurant and only saw our server 3 times, when she took the order, dropped the food and brought the bill. Never checked back to see if we needed anything and a different server refilled our drinks.
The food was mediocre; nothing special. The Nashville chicken sandwich had to be returned & replaced with the bacon burger because the chicken sandwich was SO bland). The customer service was mediocre (waitress never checked on us after we got our food and took SO LONG to get a to-go box & to bring our check that we had to ask another waitress to assist us). We will not be returning.
I love this place!! I come for the boneless wings.... I chose to come here last night for my birthday dinner and was beyond disappointed. Our server tried to correct the problem and honestly I dont believe it made much of a difference. Sooo I called and spoke with a manager, Fred, and he was helpful. He cared about the bad experience and has offered to correct it. What a nice guy. Thanks Fred.
My daughter and I wanted to change from Mexican and Chinese and Italian. So we tried Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was great and the wings I loved them. The waitress was attentive and interacted with us in a very friendly manner.So good a service and place we're taking my sister to this place to eat when she comes visit from Texas!

Just ordered pick-up from Oracle and the friendliness was nice. The food was absolutely disgusting and I am extremely upset. This is the week of my birthday and I wanted to enjoy something to myself, but my guacamole burger had BARELY ANY guacamole on it. Haha kind of the reason why I ordered the burger. I don’t know if you guys are having trouble in the kitchen, but these recent pick-up orders have been horrendous. Would have saved my money rather than wasting it on this business. 0/10 stars in my opinion. Please start implementing some sort of change because i have seen multiple reviews with horrible pick-up orders. The best item I ordered was my drink, and that is saying something. Overall, just let down by the whole experience. Will not be back for a while.
This placed is normally our go too location but this last time sucked! Our waitress was HORRIBLE! She barley came by , was to busy chit chatting with another waitress. Our food came out at really different times. My son's food took the longest to come out and they forgot his side and condiments. Trying to wave our waitress down to let her know & she kept walking passed us. I'm sorry at this point I'll commute to the south side location. And deal with the wait for a table cause I know thier servers are on it at least.
Went to lunch with 4 coworkers. Our sever was prompt and friendly. One of the orders came out wrong and it was fixed right away. The food was good, although some of the orders weren’t as warm as expected. Overall it was good.
