More like bagel shaped bread, they are very tasty - just not actual bagels.I went today, expecting to get lunch at Pizza Luna then pop into trader Joe's. To my disappointment, pizza Luna was gone. I decided to try out the bagels instead since I still needed lunch. Upon entering, the smell was amazing, staff friendly and responsive. I could tell by looking at the bagels that they weren't bagels, but wanted to give them a try anyway. I got a baker's dozen, plain cream cheese and honey lavender cream cheese. I also got a ham and cheese bagel sandwich for my lunch. I thought the bagel and sandwich prices are fairly priced, but the cream cheese prices are extremely high.The bagels are fluffy and soft, nicely toasted - but fluffy and soft does not describe a bagel - bagels are chewy and dense. They were very tasty, and it made a delicious sandwich, but they are just not bagels. I don't think I would go again, except for a sandwich, but the sandwich options were very slim.The honey lavender cream cheese, while overpriced, is very delicious.Overall reivew: delicious, not bagels.
Bagels are soooo yummy! Love the lox with fresh onion, tomato and capers on top. Being from the Northeast originally, it’s so awesome to have a local great bagel place out west.The only suggestion would be to offer hot egg sandwiches. That would seriously take this place to the next level.Thank you for amazing bagels in the meantime!
The best bagels in Tucson! Tried Bubbe’s for the first time this morning. The ham and cheese sandwich was perfect. The everything bagel was delicious with chive cream cheese. Definitely will be returning!
I am from New York so I know what a good bagel looks and tastes like. I have been on a five-year hunt for a decent bagel here in Tucson without any success until I came upon Bubbe’s bagels. Hands down unequivocally the best bagel in Tucson! Real authentic New York bagels. I shall only go to this bagel shop now that I am aware of them. Super delicious!
Hands down the best bagel in Tucson and like…..it’s not even close lol. I grew up in Tucson but moved away. When I come home I miss well made, “real” bagels :( Every time I end up in Tucson now I make the trip to grab one. Would definitely recommend!!!
Delicious. We got the Lox Sandwich. Bagels are traditional, dense bagels and not like bread. The seasonings of the lox sandwich with all the toppings was perfect. I can't wait to go back!

I got a lox bagel, my partner got an everything bagel with cream cheese. Everything was so freshy and tasty! We will definitely be back, and are happy to have a local bagel shop in town as opposed to the chains.
Bubble’s does make a fine bagel and it is an “authentic“ bagel because it is boiled and then baked which makes for a much better crust. So far the best bagel in Tucson which is kind of a bagel desert. Their bagels are comparable to a good New York bagel like Zucker’s, Murray’s, Kosar’s, Russ and Daughters and Shelsky’s or Montreal style like Black seed. The shmears are excellent as is the lox but could have used some more lox. Great addition to Tucson.
