Food was delivered via Uber Eats and delivered within 25 minutes from when I placed the order. No problems with the delivery at all. Both meat items were cold. The tater tots were soggy and lukewarm, but at least warmer than the meat. The house potato salad had a really strong vinegar taste, to the point it tasted more like vinegar than anything else. The BBQ sauce for the meat also had a strong vinegar taste and was otherwise bland. The hot links were so tough I had to ditch the plastic knife and go for a metal steak knife....and still had to put some leverage into cutting them. The brisket was also tough. The strong vinegar taste from the BBQ sauce the meat was slathered in overpowered being able to taste much from the meat. The garlic bread was stale. Won't order from there again.

I rarely write reviews, but these guys have absolutely blown it away. The food was amazing and perfectly cooked. I also Rickrolled them in my order instructions and got this absolute gem of a response! Will definitely be ordering from here again!

We ordered 2 family meals for Mothers Day.It was costly, but I know prices are up, and I've been here before for the quality.Unfortunately it was not up to par. The meat was dry and there wasn't much of it. The Mac and cheese was also dry, so I added more cheese. The potato salad was not very fresh either. We couldn't eat the cookies for they broke into pieces.I don't know if it had been an old batch of food, but for the cost, being a special occasion, and a reputable place for BBQ-Not so great. We did like the corn muffins and sauces (the bread was stale). Hope they improve.

One of the best places to get beef ribs. Their side options are good as well, but could use a little help and TLC. The to go options are great for ordering and picking up but don't expect utensils, sauces, or even napkins. Other then that good food and great customer service.

One of the absolute best customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered!! Kylie is an amazing manager who was very easy to talk to and took care of the at accidental mistake immediately. I give brushfire bbq a 10/10. The food is amazing, the staff was super friendly and I will absolute suggest anyone looking for great BBQ this is the place to go!! Thank you Kylie for the great customer service!!

I am really disappointed with my service tonight my husband and my family went in to order take out ribs, grilled corn on the cob?, baked beans, pull pork sandwich and needless to say my order was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! EVERYTHING!!!! except the baked beans was SPOILED ROTTIN. I drove from waaay out just to get some dinner and to have to get this nasty food was VERY up setting. We had just went in to eat a couple weeks prior Amma the food was absolutely delicious so that's the ONLY reason why we returned and just for good measures my husband tipped ALL the workers including the cooks $20 EACH and tonight the same workers where there and to get this service after all that was VERY disappointing so I won't EVER be returning back to the Brushfire in Campbell and Glenn but I will be returning this nasty good we got tongue just to let them know that I didn't appreciate them serving us SPOILED FOOD. TASTE YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT

A disappointing let down. I hyped this place up to my family and we ordered delivery. Brisket sandwiches were bland, couldn't even smell smoke on them, they nicely called to let us know they were out of cornbread so we ordered fries, which they left out completely, we ordered a 12 piece wing with half buffalo, half bushfire hot, not a hint of smoke to be found, wings were all one flavor, missed a baked potato, mac n cheese was begging for salt, and garlic bread was barely toasted, forgot 2 orders of ranch. It's kind of embarrassing to hype up a place and spend +$70 on food that I could have gotten better at Dickeys. Hope you guys can figure it out and I'll edit my review when you reach the level of quality you had 6+ months ago.

best we have had in Tucson. Can tell the KC influnced taste in sauce and beans. VERY good!! Highly recommend this place. Nice staff.

The brisket and pulled pork were dry and tough. The potato salad (deviled egg) was way below expectations. It had one half of a potato in it. The hostess was nice and the baked beans were not that bad. Overall I was very disappointed

Ordered the loin-baby back ribs. Quality has truly suffered since I last visited. Ribs were tough and had no smoke ring. Sides lacked seasoning. They use a quality smoker southern pride. But use the gas feature without the use of smoking woods
