I work in a restaurant so I never really write reviews because I can understand. But one morning I ordered 2 sandwiches and my girlfriend was supposed to pick up the order on her way to my house. She ended up waiting at the register for 10 minutes to pick up the order, but no one was there to help her. Apparently everyone was in the back or on the line. I also put the order in 20 mins prior to her arriving to the shop. After she got done waiting and someone attended her, she had to wait another 5 minutes because they didn’t even start the order.
I haven't been to Bruegger's in SO LONG and omg it was awesome. I love this place so much, and it didn't disappoint. The staff was awesome, and very nice. Thank you!
Delicious as always ? My favorite is the farmhouse bagel sandwich, and it comes on a hash brown bagel but I get it on the jalapeno cheese one. Either way, you will not be disappointed. Fresh baked bagels, and plenty of different cream cheese to choose from!
Went in today the day after Christmas at 1pm for a late breakfast with my wife we ordered 2 bagels and wanted coffee with our breakfast. I was told they have no coffee because they are closing in 2 hours and they closed the coffee machines down. Who ever heard of a bagel shop not offering coffee 2 hours before they close. I have been patronizing your store from when you first opened and I will never eat there again that’s not a way to do business.
First time trying and it was not a good experience. Realized that my order was made incorrectly when I got home and took a bite of a sugar cinnamon bagel with SALMON cream cheese! Was supposed to be honey walnut. Called and they offered a credit but I do not intend on eating there again so that is not helpful.
Food was great. There was a long line to get service. The decaf took a long time to prepare
The place was disgustingly dirty! They were out of half the products. 3 workers standing around doing nothing as the diner was filthy.
This used to be my most favorite place to go for sandwich bagels and after moving back to AZ from being gone for a year, I never want to go again. I ordered the Turkey Chipotle on a garlic bagel, asked for it to be toasted. Wasn't toasted. Then come to find out they no longer put arugula on the sandwich, instead it's just wet, not even clean, lettuce. They hardly even put the chipotle sauce on the sandwich which was always the best part. Asked for iced coffee, which just ended up tasting really watered down?? Which could just be me over thinking it, but still wasn't nearly as good as people have said in other reviews.Then, to top it off the woman who worked there was completely unresponsive/rude. Listen, don't get me wrong, working in the service industry sucks terribly, but c'mon. Nobody was giving her attitude, instead attitude was just given to the guests for no reason other than her just looking like she hated life working there.This is just coming from someone who used to love coming there almost daily-weekly and even heavily enjoyed the workers there. Must've had a change in management :/ cause it's no where near as good as they used to be, both in food and customer service.
I ordered 12 bagels and should have received 1 more. When I got home they only put 10 in the bag. Be sure to count them before you leave. Celine can’t count?
Great sandwiches if the Manager/Owner guy is working. Otherwise stay away. The other employees won’t wait on you and don’t put any care into making your food or being clean.
