Lots of places that sell bagels, but it is nice to find one with very consistent and delicious ones like you get here. So many bagel options and cream cheese topping choices. They also have bagel sandwiches which are great and fresh coffee and orange juice. Check for a “free coffee” deal if you order on line.Also, nice fast and friendly staff.VictorB

This is my go-to place for early morning breakfast before a long drive outside the city. They carefully prepared my bagel sandwiches and make my coffee the way I like it.
Good product and a chaotic atmosphere. The last couple times I was there it was beyond chaotic. Granted they always have somebody in training.
WOW, empty hand sanitizer, empty paper towels, no toilet paper, no masks, no cream cheese on bagel. NOT understaffed, just lazy. Time to find a new bagel shop. Suggestions?
My favorite place to pick up bagels. The staff are friendly and helpful! There are a variety of bagel choices, my favorite being the onion bagel. They also have coffee, fountain drinks and fresh squeezed OJ, which I almost always get when I’m there. So far, this is the best bagels that I’ve found in Tucson.
Every Christmas I serve a bagel brunch. I always get my bagels and cream cheese here, and they never disappoint. I really love Bruegger's.
Waited for service at the counter for 7 minutes while 2 associates we’re making bagels for 3 customers ahead. I know they were busy, however they had time to gossip about another employee yet couldn’t acknowledge we were there. Consequently we left.
I will definitely be taking my business to the Broadway location from now on.. customer service is always terrible here, no greetings whatsoever, just a basic "what do you need," stale bagels and hair in the cream cheese. This last time she proceeded to start my bagel but then took another 3 orders and left me standing at the counter for 9 minutes (yes I counted).. after someone else points out I've been waiting patiently before them, they slap my order together messily and then ask me if I want to leave a tip with a snarky look on their face.. this whole establishment needs to be replaced or retrained.
Such a great place to get a bagel on the east side!
