We ordered to go. Line was long but our orders didn't take so long. The whole family really enjoyed everything, everything was yummy ?. I definitely recommend this place. Staff are nice too. We were only visiting Arizona but we'll definitely be back when we're in town again. ❤

It's a nationwide chain bagel store that tries to get it right. They don't use a lot of ingredients in their bagels so that's a good thing. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The staff I have encountered are are considerate and try to make sure you get the type of bagel you want and are willing to do the extra things that you want either make the bagel a little more crisp through the toaster or the bacon crisper. The company work hard to serve bagels the old fashioned way which means, Kettle cooking the bagels before baking them in real stone ovens And getting their cream cheese and cream cheese blends from Vermont. I wish I could say the same about the ingredients that go on the bagels especially the sandwiches. I'm not too sure where they source their eggs but they don't seem like it would be the Organic variety, Or Meat ingredients where do they come from? So you have a high quality bagel which is really the heart of what they're selling in a higher quality cream cheese but after that I can't say. It's a corporation so you have to Understand that. It seems like at one time they were gonna have a farm to table campaign and it would really be nice if they would let local restaurants source their eggs and meat from local farmers. I can't really find any information about it. So just remember to tip the staff, because they're working hard. And understand where the additional Ingredients on your sandwiches are probably coming from, Corporate farms and corporate meat processing.

The place was cozy, but quite expensive. Two bagels with shmear, and 2 lattes ended up costing over 20 dollars. They were ok.
First of all, not very friendly the couple times I’ve gone in. Don’t really say much and don’t feel very welcome, I felt like I was the worker giving them more respect than I was getting as a customer. Second, what is this? I paid 13 dollars for these bagels and the cream cheese is barely there or not even there at all. Didn’t make me feel better that I left a large tip out of kindness even though their attitudes reflected otherwise. Unfortunately will not be going back.
