Great experience this morning staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered a bagel for our little one and the guy offered to cut it into fourths for him. We talked amongst ourself that they were out of apple juice and one of the girls overheard and asked how many we needed and she went and grabbed one from the back. When we were checking put the guy had to step away and another associate rang us up and apologized. Great service and delicious bagels.
As a New Yorker its hard to find a GOOD bagel here in the southwest.. But Bruegger's got it right!
We came for 3-4 very early mornings (around 5:30am) before our hikes. Staff was incredibly friendly, fast and upbeat. We originally came here b/c they opened so early and were close to our hotel....but adored the women who took such good care of us....even remembered our order each time. :) Food was awesome, we inhaled the Western bagel without cheese and also the egg & sausage, really! You spoiled us!!! We miss you already!!! You guys rock, thank you for opening so early and being awesome!!!!!
I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and the total was almost $9, BEFORE I was pressured into leaving a tip at checkout. They were out of 1 of the flavors I ordered, and the other bagel had the wrong cream cheese on it. Employee was too busy on his phone to realize his mistake. Overall I would not recommend based on the high prices.
I really like this place but the only problem I have is their sandwiches. All the ingredients have a hard time staying in the sandwich when you're taking a bite ?
I'm originally from Minnesota and ate bruegger's bagels all the time. When I moved to Phoenix and found there were no brokers I immediately missed them. It was nice to find that there are nine birds bagels in Tucson. truly the best bag I've ever had
What in this afternoon to grab a sandwich. And after I received it it was cold went up to the counter as a gentlemen if it was served this way.. And he said no it shouldn't be cold. I didn't even get asked if I wanted it remade.. And then finally after 2 minutes of listening to him talk about how cold my sandwich was someone finally asked me if I wanted it remade. And then the next guy proceeded to yell at me and the restaurant and tell me I was a bad customer. I won't be back! No manager on duty either. Will call Monday morning!!
Always great except they rarely cut the sandwiches completely in half
I like Bruegger's but this is the worst location.Save yourself a headache and drive somewhere else.The employees in this location seem to be trained to stick to their stations, so you could be in a line of 3 waiting for the 1 team member to help you while 3 other team members are are busy talking.On one occasion my fiancé called ahead for bagels and coffee (brew for the crew) and when she arrived 30 minutes later they had not started either, and in fact did not have some of the bagels she ordered.Again, I like Bruegger's but I'm never going to this location again.
Rude didn’t care about what we were ordering clearly because I asked for two cinnamon sugar bagels one with butter and one plain and he put strawberry cream cheese on one and nothing on the other one. At least fake like you care about your job.
