Do yourself a favor and get a bag of bagels from Trader Joe’s and a tub of cream cheese! The bagels are good here but they treat the cream cheese like gold. You are lucky if you get barely a tissue paper layer of cream cheese on your $3,49 and $4.29 each bagel and that is after you ask for a little extra because you know if you don’t you are going to need lots of coffee or water to swallow each bite.Save your money and drive on by.

Similar to another bagel chain, coffee isn't as good... but enjoyed our visit minus the cleanliness

We ordered breakfast sandwiches that were good, However, their service could have been extremely better. First, the young lady that helped us was too intent on helping her friends behind us that she totally forgot to include our breakfast sandwiches in our bag, and told us they don't let us pick our dozen bagels. We had to go back and pick up our sandwiches which we were told would be fresh. They were cold and totally stuck to the wrapping. THEY NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!

Really slow customer service. Store was empty and dead. The kid helping us was really slow and took almost 30 minutes for 2 bagels and 2 smoothies. This seems to be the new spot for junkies to hang out at. Some came in the store and it took the manager way too long to kick them out. The bagels and smoothies are really good but I wasn't expecting it to take almost a half hour for a quick order in a dead store. They didn't seem to care that they were taking forever. They got the drink wrong but it took that long to get it the first time, I didn't want to wait an hour for a correction.

We like the veggie bagel sandwich but the fountain drinks leave something to be desired, and the only side dish they offer is potato chips. Lemonade is only available in a small bottle.

Went in for a bagel sandwich. Only one of the employees had a mask on while 100 people died of covid in my state yesterday, if they're counting correctly. It was crowded/busy. I hadn't been there before so not really any kind of expectations except it would be like Einsteins. First of all they only have peppered bacon. I don't like black pepper so I would have to go without bacon and have my second choice, ham. Not that big of a deal except I'm sure many others dont like black pepper either. Kind of strange for a breakfast place. Then she took out the bagel and it was literally the smallest bagel I have ever seen. I was hungry so I decided to cancel my order and went to Einsteins where I should have gone in the first place.I gave Bruegger's 1 star because the young woman who helped us was so sweet and the only one with a mask on in the entire place except us.

We ordered three bagels on Saturday around 10:30 AM. One bagel was so under cooked my wife could not eat it. I had a blueberry bagel that was very over cooked! There was on bagel that was cooked the way it should been. Over all very dissatisfied!

We went there and they refused to accept $50 bills or $100 bills. Unfortunately that’s the money we had… I had to use my credit card. This is America, I should be able to use American currency. I shouldn’t be forced to use my credit card. Now, the food was pretty good.

Bagels were so good!! Their smoothies are even better! I enjoyed my lunch. Thank you very much!

The food is always delicious and the staff is helpful and know what they are doing. They even brought our food to us and it was fast. Will return again.
