1st off we do NOT have enough bagel shops in the Tucson area …… that being said I am forced to go to this location unless I want to drive an extra 15 minutes. The young man that helped me had a dirty mask on ? I ordered 4 bagel 2 plain with plain cream cheese toasted and 2 sandwiches toasted. When I got home 1 sandwich was correct and 1 of my cream cheese bagels was not toasted. The place was dirty and I was very disappointed. I will be getting store bought bagels from now on and making them at home. Times are hard and businesses need us to support them but in return they need to have a presentable staff and a presentable location.
They have some decent bagel sandwiches and the employees are friendly but the place isn't kept clean.
Fantastic bagels with friendly service. Green chili bagel was spot on..but boo no Thai chicken sandwich, still worth a stop.
Sadly as most food service and customer care these days this store has no exception. On Friday 03/18/2022 around 930am (to help the owner know who was doing what) I ordered 4 bagels with cream cheese and a big bag bundle. What do I leave with? A receipt for 4 bagels with cream cheese and and big bag bundle, but only 3 bagels with cream cheese and a big bag bundle. Normally this is not something worth a review. But since I waited an extra 5 min for a freshly made everything bagel with cream cheese this is absolutely unacceptable. Means there was no double checking, no questioning why there is an extra bagel on the prep area. Nothing. Sad. People get paid an hourly wage to do a job. Do it. If you don't like what you do go somewhere else.EDIT: look at the automated response to this as well. How much more detailed can you get? Laughable.
Butter is .75??? And they forgot to toast my online bagel. ? After this mistake they should have been nicer. ?
I like the food there but some days ago the chairs were pretty dirty, and even there was a dirty bag probably from another customer. It was there for a while.
Walked it right after they pulled out bagels. So yuuuuummmm. Friendly staff and great breakfast sandwich. Definitely save room for hashbrowns

Great bagels and I liked the fresh orange juice. The coffee was good as well. Lots of topping options on the bagel and some new sandwich options like Western Brisket looked great!VictorB
