Bombolé is a wonderful downtown spot. The empanadas are always tasty, whether you go with a sweet desert one or filling lunch or breakfast option. The dough is flakey, buttery, and the die for. The combo plate is affordable and their different lemonades are great. A very well rounded restaurant to meet anyone's tastes.
We stopped here for a quick bite based on the description and reviews. Delicious options for savory or sweet empanadas. We enjoy the somosa and the spinach with mushrooms. The lavender lemonade was wonderful. I cannot say enough about the apple and the guava with cream cheese empanadas. This place is a must.
Everything we tried was amazing. The combination of flavors in the empanadas, the sauces, the sides, and the teas are all fantastic! Since they pre make the empanadas, service is super fast. When we go, we are generally in and out in five minutes or less, unless we dine in.

I have been wanting to try this spot forever and I'm SO glad I did. Walking into the restaurant the aroma was wonderful. My family and I got the sweet empanadas (guava cream cheese, apple and banana Nutella). They were outstanding and the crust was super fresh, flaky and buttery. Customer service was great as well. I cannot wait to go back and taste some of their savory flavors! Thanks Bombolé! You are truly a gem.
Such unique food! I'd never had latin Indian fusion before. Most of the flavor combinations work well. The dessert empanadas are also great!
The fresh fusion food is amazing at Bombole. A brilliant North American blend of India and Central America. Jicama salad is my favorite. Yum.
Service was a little slow, but food was absolutely amazing. Cute, small atmosphere. Took some guava cream cheese empanadas to go!
This place has well earned its high rating. I’ve been here a few times now for their bomboles, tea, and most recently their Chicken Tikka Masala bowl with Honduran Cabbage. Every single time, the food has been absolutely delicious, service lightning fast, staff nothing less than totally stellar. If I could give more stars, I would without hesitation. Best place to eat downtown.
Deeeelious! I always stop by whenever I'm in the area. Everything is always fresh and hot. The jicama salad is super yummy and refreshing. love the chai iced tea. I usually get the paneer or mushroom veggie one. I'm sure they are ALL good. Staff is friendly too and they have a cute lil outdoor seating area.
