I think corporate (and every customer, really,) should know that at the Tucson Mall location, the following happened to me, minutes ago:I ordered two drinks. Larges. Paid for said drinks. Waited for drinks to be made. I was the only one waiting. Only other customers around were still ordering.Drinks came up. Right names. Wrong sizes. I took them to a table. Checked my receipt to be sure I did get charged for larges, then got back in line to have it fixed. The lady that took my order saw me and told the lady that made it that they were supposed to be larges. The drinks were remade and I asked if they wanted the small ones back. She said no, and that I could keep them, and she was sorry for the confusion.Go back to my table and start drinking them. A few minutes later they tell me they need me to pay for the drinks I recieved in error and was told to keep.Obviously I'm in disbelief. I said no because they already said I could keep them. They tried to say because it was someone else's drink. Its not my fault if someone had an identical order and they handed it to the only person waiting. They asked if the smalls were still sealed, presumably planning to give them to the right customer. (Eww. We are in a pandemic. You don't do that. Its gross.) I said no, because we opened them first and were drinking them, keeping the others sealed for easy transport to the car. They again demanded we pay for them. Again, I said no. Took the still sealed larges back up there and they trashed them. Then I said I wanted a refund for the difference in prices. (Between the two drinks $1.30). They refused.I asked for the number of the owner. They gave me a number I'm fairly sure is wrong, because what business owner does not have their voicemail set up??My next stop is going to be the mall office to get more information. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I work IN customer service. I would *never* treat customers this way. I am not a Karen by any means, this is just a truly uncalled for situation. Now on to the illegal part, even though not giving me what I paid for and trying to charge me for what I didn't is basically theft, lets talk about the REAL crime. As I sat there trying to call the number they gave me, I watched another lady walk up with a wrong order, receive the corrected drink, and be allowed to keep the wrong one. What is the difference between us as customers, you might ask? Just one: my transgender girlfriend was with me.Yeah.Not a safe place for LGBTQ+ members. Or anyone, really.I will continue to pursue this until I receive answers. I am not above writing letters to corporate. This is not how you treat people.

Let me tell you, I’ve been to MANY boba tea company’s but this associate keeps me coming back to Tucson mall boba company, and her name is Hannah! She’s always so sweet and helpful and always helps me decided what drink I want that day, and I don’t know what she does to the drinks, but she always makes them PERFECT! Many others have made drinks for me but they don’t taste the same as the ones Hannah makes me! Hopefully she gets acknowledged by the company because she has amazing customer service!

Sucralose in some of their tea drinks!!!!! I thought the entire world knew how terrible that is. The last place I thought I'd find something like that is at Boba Tea Company. Be very careful, the staff had to get the bottle to let me see the ingredients list. They had no idea. I can taste sucralose instantly but not everyone does. Very disappointed.

Loved the boba tea at this place fast and great and creative names for their drinks will frequent this location more often!!! Great jobs gals!!!

A friendly experience and delicious boba tea. The boba barista is very welcoming and patient.

This is by far the worst boba tea place I've ever been to. Not only was the tea disgusting, but the staff were very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I had a difficult time understanding the size options, and instead of helping me, they gave me such an attitude. When my beverage was ready, the right flavor was called out, but what I recieved was the wrong flavor. I didn't even bother to correct them since I was getting consistent glares from the employees. They also tend to run out of products a lot. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here.

I love this place... Though the menu is complicated to understand how it works... You learn fast. After the first order... I was like... "Oh" haha. It taste great and yes.. the popping bobas was a new experience for me.. I was disappointed and at the same time I was happy.. then when I went back to the regular boba I was disappointed yet still happy. I love both types of bobas. I think the popping ones were more fun and exciting in your mouth than the chewy/regular ones. But I love them both. I've only had bobas 4times... Two of the popping ones and two of the chewy/regular ones

the boba here is SO bad. i'll legit never come back to any of these locations. it's actually disgusting.

Waited for about 25 minutes in line and the workers friend came up and ordered right in front of me. How disrespectful and disgusting.

Tea was okay but with an abundance of options in the area there are definitely better places to go. The weird names for the size options of the drink was an almost immediate turn off. The time that I went they were out of lids for all but the smallest size which for a tea place is unacceptable during peak hours on a Saturday.
