Uh... they were out of boba? Really? An hour wait for a fresh batch to be made? No thanks. It's in the store name for goodness sake!
Honestly, the service here was a complete letdown. Not worth the money nor the experience. I was waiting in line to order and the staff member at the cash register turned his back on me and was joking and talking to the other two girls behind the counter. All of them made eye contact with me and the few people in line behind me and took their time laughing and talking before coming back to work. I got up to the register and they asked what I wanted. After I ordered a menu item the staff said they had no boba and couldn’t make my drink. I asked if they were able to make the drink without it and they said reluctantly said yes. They looked at their data pad and asked what I wanted again. Because obviously they hadn’t been paying attention to me in the first place. Then as I waited for my two drinks (not customized at all) the staff member left my drink on the back bar and only handed me one of my two drinks. I stood there and tried to talk to the two girls behind the bar and they made eye contact with me and would walk away before I could ask about my second drink. Finally I got their attention and pointed at my drink that they had obviously left on their back bar and forgotten about. They handed it over and started laughing with one another as they quickly turned around and ignored me. Very rude and very adolescent
Lots of flavors and a big selection. However this may do more harm then good. After trying a couple options over different visits I would not recommend. Drinks are often over priced and watered down and flavors tend to feel as though they are over or under saturated, if it tastes like the flavor to begin with. There is another boba/drink place near the food court by claires that is a much better option in terms of price and quality.
We were waiting since 1015 cause they supposed to open at 11 am as the app says and then at 11 we approached to order and they told us they were opening until 12 caused they were still stocking up and were short staff. There was 2 people working and I just asked for just 1 drink (snow bunny gobi) I literally begged them to make it for my little girl so I don't have to wait another hour but they refused ? This place should honor the hours they are supposed to be open and take of the customer.
Website shows they close at 8 p.m.We showed up at 730 p.m. and saw them chase away 3 customers . They even wanted to tell us they can't serve us. The customer service reps name is Mia. If the store closes at 8 p.m. then why are they chasing customers away at 730??? Very rude place. Last time I come to this store! It's Saturday night alot of people are Christmas shopping and want a beverage. Maybe the owner doesn't like money??? Anyhow, bad service and rude cashier. ? just kicking people out 30 minutes before they close. Update your hours to 730 p.m. closing on Saturdays please! Please see attached picture with lights turned off. While standing there I saw a total of 8 people get chased away.
TERRIBLE. FIRST & LAST TIME I COME HERE. They couldn't even accommodate me and make me a new drink I did not like the one I had got. And girl up front was rude as hell. SHOUT OUT TO NI HAO TEA WAY BETTER. And they're happy to remake my drink!
The two girls working around 5:45 pm were playing around the entire time. They messed up one of our drinks. We ordered a large and a medium and they gave us two mediums. Our drinks were completely off. They tasted terrible. They poured the medium drink into a large cup and made more. The berry sexy was overly sweet and the jazzie has zero flavor.we went back to have them remake the jazzie and they said it had been made right, which in fact it wasn’t. The proportions were definitely off. Needless to say the Tucson mall location is wayyy better!
I appreciate that most of their selections are vegan-friendly!
The lady helping us out was super kind, it was my first time trying boba tea and i didn't know what I'd like so she gave me a sample of popping pearls and boba (I got popping pearls) with a Chai tea and it was delicious
If you’re looking for excellent tasting tea, friendly staff, a clean facility, and a place that has everything in stock, you won’t find it here. Dutch Bros has better tea than this place.
