Today was the first time I’ve ever been disappointed at Blue Willow. Unfortunately it was a major disappointment. I ordered the Cubano and the way it was served needed much improvement. I think presentation counts. This looks like the style of a fast food sandwich joint. Perhaps slice the sandwich and spread the chips on the plate? I lifted the top of the bun and tried a forkful of the pulled pork. It was cold, bland, and greasy. That plate was immediately returned. My companion ordered her go-to meal of Spinach Lasagna. Fortunately that tasted good, but plating was sub-par on her dish compared to the past. I’ve been a long time fan of Blue Willow and hope this isn’t the start of a trend. They’ll lose me as a customer for good if this happens again.

I have been going to eat at Blue Willow since it opened. The food has always been great. But the last few tmes I have eaten there, I have been very disappointed with the quality and presentation of the food. My favorite Chicken, Avocado & Swiss omelette is not the robust omelette it used to be. There seems to be filler in the eggs that make it taste weird, and instead of real sliced avocado, they now put guacamole in it. This totally sages the taste. On top of that, it is now served "diner style"- burnt toast on the side. a shriveled little omelette and a dollop of guacamole on top. NOT what I have been eating there for years. I used to eat there cuz I could never make it that good at home. Now, I will not be going back. The coffee is pretty crappy too. Looks like corners are being cut all over! They even removed the gorgeous saguaro painting over the fireplace for some tiny drab grandma art.

Came here for breakfast. The food was subpar. Drinks were good. Eg Soft tortillas with huevos rancheros, weird. Too many potatoes in the egg burrito.Atmosphere and staff were incredible!

Breakfast was amazing. Staff was amazing. Environment was absolutely amazing as well.Thank you so much!

Went with family great little place. We sat in the back open air patio area. Very cozy and charming. I can't wait to take daughter there for her Birthday. Super cute place. Food is great. Price on the higher side but very worth putting it on my go to place list.

My family and I LOVE this place! We come here at least once a week. The food is delicious and the staff is wonderful. We look forward to the specials because they always have something tasty and interesting. The location is fun and cozy, filled with original art. The outdoor dining area is full of greenery and is like a secret garden... it's an absolute gem.

excellent food excellent service!!

How heckin cute. First, the entrance/waiting area is a gift shop so you have plenty to entertain yourself while you wait. And it's a GOOD gift shop too.The indoor/outdoor atrium eating area is GORGEOUS. It's the perfect brunch atmosphere. They put so much care and detail into the aesthetic while still making the entire area functional. And THE FOOD is still the best part. I never knew I needed cinnamon roll pancakes until I had them. Regular pancakes will never be the same now. I visited from Denver and I can't wait to come back to Tucson to eat at Blue Willow again.

Always great food and great service.

If I were 50 years younger I would eat here everyday. The best option is to come hungry!
