This has to be the worst Blake's anywhere.. Staff was miserable, order wrong from the start.. Dining room and cook area were an absolute mess. My wife attempted to use the Woman's bathroom she turned around and walked out.. No ice, no napkins.. Someone from Blake's needs to contact me.
I travel from Mesa to Tucson. Just to taste the delicious burger.Love it.
I think this is a famous AZ chain?? Our first time - I think there was one person working in the whole place, 4:30pm, only 3 cars in drive thru but waited a while. Fries were good - 5 stars. Burger was pathetic - bun was actually still cold.
It was really good. That green chili burger had a good spice to it, good fries, good onion rings. Quality beef. Very enjoyable!
Went for lunch and had their double lotta burger with Hatch green chili. Definitely one of my favorite burgers. The staff and everyone was very nice. Will definitely go back.
BEST bacon green chili breakfast burritos in Tucson. Drive thru is little slow but everything is made fresh when you order. Worth the wait. The burgers are bomb as well ?
I loved Blake's more when there was more meat in the lota burger. But since lota burger is a New Mexican tradition, is nice that they have expanded into other states.Overall service was a little bit slow but the one guy working drive thru was friendly, and a hard worker.
Couldn't eat it right away it was still good cold. I might have given it 5 stars if it was fresh. Maybe next time. Keep up the good work.
Having recently moved back here from 37 years away in New Mexico my wife and I stopped in for a little slice of where we used to live and I must say we were not disappointed. Things in this one were every bit as jacked up as any other one we ever experienced in New Mexico. They were out of things we wanted, they had a front counter staff that didn't know how to bring up items and a clueless set of managers. Just like I remembered it. It's a pity because basically they have a good product if you can just put up with the rest of it.
Today was the second time I have had a horrible experience at this Blake’s location. Again my order was wrong (fries missing). My wife’s fries were cold. We sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes even though we were 3rd in line. We had to correct our drink order and re-ask for ketchup and mayonnaise that was requested during the original order. I will never go to this location again. I will drive out of my way to go to the one on Valencia since the service there is always excellent and the food is outstanding. I also noticed we were charged extra for two large fries and only given one small fries.
