The worst service ever! Our orders weren't even complicated... 6 burgers. 5 waters. One lady was having a drink. Or attempted but our server had to be asked 3 times for a straw. 5 times! Yes 5 times for a Vodak and soda. Yes it was busy but there were more than enough staff on duty. Asked for mayo for our burgers got SOUR CREAM. Not going back. I love their food but due to poor wait staff will not return.
They used to have a great breakfast and brunch. Not ANYMORE. They eliminated it and just start serving lunch. That was the best thing about BJ's. Why they would do that is just beyond me.Lost me as a customer.
Wow. BJ’s had become one of my favorite places to eat when I travel. The Brisket Bacon Burger is tremendous. DO NOT leave without getting a Pizookie. What’s a pizookie you ask? It’s a freaking pizza cookie with ice cream. The Strawberry Shortcake is sooooo dang yummy.

Busy place but short wait to be seated. Menu selection offered something for everyone. My daughter asked the waitress for a straw and was told they didn't have any. She then asked for a to go cup for her drink as the beverages are served in a very heavy cup and she cannot lift it. She explained she has a disability when she requested this but waitress never brought her a cup. My son in law finally went out to car and found her a straw. Yet we saw several patrons receive beverages with straws after this happened. Simple request ignored but otherwise we enjoyed the food. Went on Tuesday for the 4.00 pizookie, a must have dessert.
BJs is the best place to get a burger and fries!! The burgers are amazing but recently I went and tried the chicken with spicy peanut sauce and soba noodles and wow it was amazing!!! I will keep coming back here to try other things on the menu because everything so far has been amazing! I have also gotten curbside and its always fast and the food is always fresh!!
Great experience. Ordered tri tips and shrimp scampi with sides of house salad and garlic roasted veg followed with salted caramel cookie and vanilla ice cream. Everything tasted great. Good textures and presentation.
Hadn't been to BJ's in a long time and was pleasantly surprised to find it much the same as 10 years ago. Big open, sports bar feel. I had one of the vegan bowls and added steak (since I'm not vegan) and it was really superb. Starting to feel just a bit dated inside, time to start thinking about a refresh.
Totally impressed:Two years ago this restaurant had a menu like a phone book, questionable service, and was not the cleanest place to have a meal.Now the menu has been streamlined, food is delicious, staff is on point, and the place is spotless. Will definitely come back.Special on beer and apps during NFL games and #militarydiscount.
