UPDATED: The GM reached out just a day later to get more feedback from me and try to make things right. She was very nice and definitely made up for everything. I appreciated the call and her caring to turn things around.Ordered curbside pickup this morning. I arrived at 11:20(when it said ready). Called and spoke with a girl who said the order was ready, to park and wait for it. 10 minutes later I called again and said I was still here and no one had come out, talked to a guy who said he would check on the order, then put me on hold for 10 minutes. Finally I hung up and called back and each time it said the number was not in service. 25 minutes later I went in and the staff at the front desk were kind and friendly and said the phone died a lot, they gave me my food but at this point it’s ice cold and not worth the $50 I spent on it. I’ve been in the restaurant industry (server, host, busser, etc…) for 15 years and this was a huge display of incompetence on the company. While the girls at the front were nice they acted like I had just arrived, didn’t understand that I had been outside waiting for 30 minutes or offer to remake the now COLD food. Super disappointed in my first experience here, given the prices I thought it would be a good one :(
This Tucson location hosted us for breakfast today and yesterday. Most of all we enjoyed kind smiles, fast service, fresh food, and a pleasant atmosphere. The filet and eggs was cooked to my specifications, the biscuits taste home made, the bacon is perfectly crisp, and they even accommodated us with a side of sautéed spinach. We also had a chance to observe an experienced owner or floor manager talk with (rather than at) her staff with encouraging, positive feedback. The workers looked genuinely happy. It made me want not just to eat but to work there. Thank you!

Bisbee breakfast club was a sublime experience. Our server Katie was a pleasure to be served by and was quick and attentive to us. Very knowledgeable on both breakfast and lunch menu items. I greatly appreciated how the hostess sat us and welcomed us in with a nice cold water immediately. Would come again and recommend to anyone I know in the greater Tucson area.

I've been to a different location and it was much better so it could be just this location that's no so great. I'll try Bisbee again but not this location.
I was very impressed with the place. I had about a 20 minute wait but it was well worth it. The food was excellent hot and delicious. The cappuccino was to die for... I would highly recommend it. Alice Johnson

Great food! We went for breakfast and enjoyed the biscuit and gravy, along with blueberry pancakes, sausage, bacon and more! The staff was super friendly and helpful sharing their top picks for a family to check out while visiting Tucson. We enjoyed our experience!
We went here on a recommendation from a friend. We arrived and were greeted and seated immediately. We were promptly served water and our waitress asked if there were questions. One in our party had a food allergy and our waitress verified a particular dish was ok to eat. The huevos rancheros and chorizo tostada were delicious. The ice tea and iced coffee were good. We were not rushed and the servings were big. There are many dishes to try and we can't wait to return.
