Normally I would definitely put everything here at 5 stars I love their drinks their staff are super awesome!!!! the flavor of all of their teas are absolutely delicious and their price point is super reasonableI am a regular customer at least every other day if not once A-day (30$ each time for 3 to 5 drinks)and one day I came in and they had taken down all of the sneeze guards protecting their product and ingredients. Guys ...ew....Like they to put signs up so people don't put their fingers in the drink mix....That's a food industry NO NO...PLEASE BRING BACK THE SNEEZEGUARD. THERE IS A REASON THEY EXIST.... PLEEEEEEASE.
I rather this place other than the other ones because this one feels more authentic. The location is not convenient for me because it's pretty far from me but I still make the drive for their bobbas because its worth it and that says a lot of their product. They used to have a nice environment before covid, they had table games and couch but I'm not sure is still available anymore.
The cherry popping boba tasted old compared to new popping Boba. I ordered the strawberry green tea and the tea tasted artificial. We had Ding Tea in the past and wanted to try a new place. The customer service was excellent but the drink was not as good as we expected. It was very pricy for a small drink. The popping boba was very hard to get to because they’re was so much ice. We do not recommend to go here because of our experience.
This used to be my favorite boba place but they’re not so great anymore. I bought a lychee boba recently and they added so much flavoring that it was sickeningly sweet. My brother’s green apple boba wasn’t any better. We could’ve just gone on a bad day, so I’m willing to go again but I was very disappointed last time
Typically come here once a week when I'm in the area. Usually love their drinks, but the past few times I've gone the pearls have had a weird taste to them, as of the recipe changed. Not a fan. I get the original pearls because I prefer the drunk itself to be the star of the show and this new flavor is just overpowering. Both times, the pearls have also had an odd texture to them instead of the characteristic chewy texture you'd expect. (Gross and mushy on the outside, hard and uncooked on the inside) The drinks themselves are still great, but something needs to be done about the original boba.
i would give this place a 0 star if i could, customer service was TRASH. Expect for this one girl i saw she was short and asian i believe her name started with an N. She was the only sweet one there, she made great conversation. I tried the taro milk tea; it was hella watery not sweet at all even though i asked for extra sweetness. Everyone was on there phone NO PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
My “iced” drink was room temperature, the place is pathetic with no decorations, horrible lighting and greasy, unappealing tables. The tapioca pearls were crunchy and the customer service was awful. Not to mention zero flavor. WORST BOBA IN TUCSON. So many good places in town, don’t go here.
Great selection of drinks, friendly and helpful employees, and quick processing of orders. You can always modify the sweetness of drinks and the ebooks seem to have a solid knowledge of all of the selection of you have trouble deciding.
This place is awesome! I ordered a Matcha snow, it was perfectly blended and not too sweet. They loaded up the drink with boba and were very quick to get the drinks ready. Highly recommend!
One daughter got a banana milk boba which she said tasted weird. The drink with tapioca pearls was bitter, acidic tasting and some were tapioca pearls were hard. Wish I had tried her drink before driving more than halfway home because I would have asked for another one. My other daughter got vanilla with yogurt bursts which was good. We've gone to the Orange Grove location numerous times and loved every drink. Disappointed with this location.
