Absolutely love this local company. I have been eating at all 3 locations for more than 10 years and they are consistently delicious. I tend to get the brads beef and the recipe and quality has remained pleasantly the same over the years and never disappoints. I also really love the sour cream blueberry pie from the back dough at the speedway location. I cannot rave enough about this place and their food. A little more expensive than fast food but the quality, portions, and flavors/freshness is well worth it....a must try at least once!

Hands down my favorite lunch place in Tucson. Having not visited for over a decade, I was pleased to see that they were as good, if not better, than I remembered. I am beyond happy (see what I did there?) that they survived the pandemic and are consistently busy. Everything on their menu is delicious- you literally can't go wrong!
I believe happened 05/04/2022 1:00 pm wed or thursday clam chowder day the day after chilli day . when they VERY IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU EAT HERE. Some foods may not be NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION We bought a bread bowl and a Reuben sandwich during lunch we had the clam chowder soup in bread bowl after 1 pm and felt something very un comfortable in my mouth I took second look in what we were eating me and my wife and there was something that had like a bounce when we moved are for inside thick soup the liquid was dried up from soaking in to bread bowl so you could see better plus we were taking packs at bread outer crust. So I felt alittle scared because something kept curling in my soup not like it was alive but you know if you cook something it has a nature to stay curl. Well we found a worm and another piece inside look like more plus the one I just ate. My wife was very discussed at the whole situation and I got scared. I PULLED THE CURLED UP TYPE WORM OUT AND HAD A FULL TEXTURE OF A WORM WITH A FRONT AND A TAIL END. I DONT KNOW IF WE NEED TO PURSUE THIS FURTHER IN ANY WAY. SO THE GM MANGER Darcy came to talk to us and I felt she was being very rude and said it cant survive in I forgot such and such heat were they boil it any way. And it's part of the clam chowder probably. Well instead of offering something to clear our thickness or stomachs they were laughing about the situation some of the cooks so forth. I didn't walk out comfortable and for here to say I'm gona give you the 7 dollars back for the bread bowl out her pocket and that's it. Felt degrading. I was referred here from some high references in the community and when I explained and showed the pictures. They wanted me to take further action I'm not familiar with and I feel uncomfortable contacting the gm anyway since I taked with her and didn't even get a apologie for situation or better outcome. Were pretty upset and dont know what to do and Darcy kept the receipt instead of return it to us and felt really sick for two days. P.s. I showed my mom and she says she orders all the time in a different location and never had that problem or something like that in her soup. Shes strongly supports me because shes familiar with that dish already.
The UnReal sandwich with plant based pastrami was unreal literally. So delicious! I added extra veggies but asked for different bread other than rye because I hate rye but receive rye. The sandwich was still delicious.
Service here needs some serious adjustment! Waiting 15 minutes for one cold sandwich and a small soup to-go, with no one else waiting before me, is excessive. I noticed at least 15 employees roaming around the place while I waited. Only 3 were actually working, the rest stood around chatting with each other. Watched as several tables that were empty and piled with trash were ignored by staff as they just walked by. Management was nowhere to be seen, so employees just do whatever they want with no direction. Food wasn’t bad but probably won’t ever go back.
We've ordered something different every time we come here, and it is all delicious. The service can be slow during a rush with the food taking about 20 minutes to be made. However, if you order in advance over the phone or online, you can typically walk in about 20 minutes later with your food ready to be picked up. The staff are very friendly.
We have had two lunches here this week, and enjoyed both. Food quality is good. Our sandwich today was quite large and enough for the two of us to share.
It's always a treat to visit this restaurant. The server was very entertaining and made us laugh. The food was delicious as evidence by the busy atmosphere. My favorite sandwich is the Rex's Revenge!
decent experience, some staff were friendly. for the most part the place was clean, saw some spot that looked like they had NEVER been cleaned though (door handles). place smells amazing and pastry looked delicious. Reasonably priced, I felt like I over ate off 1 meal, and I didnt even finish it. so over all good experience, just wish they payed attention to the details in cleaning, cause those over looked spots look like years of grime 98% was immaculate clean but high traffic doors handles black w grime.... come on
UPDATE!!!!! I received a credit to fix this and I am so glad. I absolutely love the food from here and I am so glad to fix this review. I hope my next sandwich is up to the level they strive for.Such a disappointment. This is the skimpiest sandwich I’ve ever had here. Not only did I wait 30 minutes for the sandwich but it barely has any turkey. What a waste of money!
