First time here. That Green Detox was amazing. Add strawberry, chia seeds and B12!
Something needs to be done about time management. What they have going on there is just not working. 25 minutes for a juice and it wasn’t really busy. The product was good but the wait time isn’t appealing. I’d rather go to Wholefoods to get a juice in less time. Please reassess how you’re conducting business. The employees are polite.
This was my first (and most likely last) time walking in. I said “Hi! How are you?” to the front cashier and they just looked at me with a slightly stern look and completely ignored me. What’s worse is that a person walked in behind me and that front cashier person started talking to them instead! I ended up not ordering anything and I just left. Idk why but that upset me a lot. I will likely not be back and I do not recommend
I didn't have an issue with the customer service; just don't go in expecting a lot. It took about 10 minutes to make my smoothie bowl. They have a few indoor tables and I could imagine it gets pretty crowded at times.
Good selection of juices, made fresh in front of the customer.You can somewhat change ingredients, like removing ginger, and the staff is friendly.
I had placed an online order to get a juice about 20 minutes ahead of time, and I showed up and it still wasn’t ready! To make matters worse, when I got there they still said it would take them an additional ten minutes to have it ready. It shouldn’t take this long to make a drink, or to do anything! When I asked for a refund, they gave me attitude and rolled there eyes. This is what you get when you hire twenty something year olds with no professional experience, or common sense to run a business. If I could give them zero stars I would. Never again.
I go out of my way to buy their green juice. Only a few places in Tucson make and sell fresh, raw juice. I rate this the best.
I really enjoyed my Dragons Breath smoothie. It wasn't overly sweet and was very refreshing. I was able to place and online order with ease and it was almost ready upon my arrival which was awesome. I'll be back again to try a bowl next time!
I bought a large smoothie, I added whey protein , which makes the all smoothie “poffy”, I asked to get the rest in a small cup, they say they will have to charge me for that extra , that was left in the blender. I asked why? This is the smoothie I paid for, every where else they let you have the lil extra…He said “if I’ll give it to you, I’ll have to give it to e1 else. Well, what’s wrong w that?? Giving e1 else too, the rest of the smoothie they paid for??? A PLACE THAT RATHER THROW THE SMOOTHIE TO THE TRASH, AND NOT GIVING IT TO THE PEOPLE THAT PAID FOR IT, shows on a low life cheap owner, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE AGAIN‼️‼️‼️Their loss, since I drink 5 healthy smoothies a day, and 3 bowls…That’s my only food?????Btw , after arguing , they charge me 2.38 for that lol extra?????
