The bbq here was really good. I think some of the best in Tucson. I had ribs that were perfectly smoked and tender. My husband had a brisket sandwich and my daughter the pork sandwich. They were both impressed!
The BBQ is top notch!
Service was amazing. Nicholas was a true gentleman. Food was delicious.
This place is very convenient for those people who are here at the Tucson KOA / Lazydays campground. That said , the first time we went there was Mother’s Day, we ordered fish (cod) and chips . It seemed a little pricey to me, but it’s the convenience that makes it . The fish was way over cooked and the French Frys were a greasy soggy mess. The tarter sauce tasted very different to us, not like regular tarter sauce were used too. We came back to the Tucson KOA today for the Marmoreal Day Weekend, and decided to try there baked 1/2 chicken with coleslaw, side salad, and onion rings.. The onion rings were again a greasy mess over cooked, and the chicken looked good until we cut into it and blood was all over our plate.. I took it back and showed them and got something else for us to eat. I can’t believe this horrible meal was over $20.00.. the chicken with 3 sides was $16.00 and a $1.00 extra for the onion rings.. I don’t think we will ever try anything else from them again…
Good customer service and even delivered to our RV site, but food quality wasn't very good and prices are outrageous. We started with an appetizer and the green peppers and tomatoes were soft and brown. There is a hair on the celery. Disgusting way to start the meal. Portions were large and bbq taste was good tho. We won't be giving them any more of our money- not worth it.
We really wanted to try this food, it looks and sounds awesome from the online menu but after waiting 30 minutes with no acknowledgement that we were even there, no drinks, no menu, no wait staff even said anything we got up and walked out. The place was not busy as there were plenty of empty tables.
Came last year and loved the park! Thought we would give the restaurant a second try, as last year was not good! Same this year, cold food, understaffed! Server was working as hard as she could. When we said the food was cold, it was microwaved for a few seconds to take the chill off. Came last night to hear the music, which was awesome! Brought our own drinks and no one knew! Never was asked for a menu or order. Cool, as we saved money bringing our own cocktails! Will drive across town for better restaurant service! Love the KOA, they need a better managed restaurant and service for sure!
We are staying in the park and have had nothing but GREAT food from this establishment. The brisket is spot on here. These folks know what their doing that's no lie. Ordered a pizza and some drinks tonight and once again AMAZiNG quality and cooked to perfection. Thanks Jason for cresting such amazing food. @hoppnaroundrvadventures
Ate here after a long day of travel. Great BBQ brisket sandwich piled high with meat. Moist, tasty and flavorful. I had potato salad as a side, hubby has slaw. Both were good.
There was so much wrong with our experience it astounds me how the reviews are so great but I text in to order delivery for 7pm, food arrives at 6pm, steaks were practically raw, baked potatoes were brown and hard as rocks they were cooked so long. Manager tells me that he was going to recook the steaks for me and instead returns with my money at almost 730pm and leaving me to figure out how I'm going to get dinner with no vehicle. I've been in service industry and tipped $20 based on an $80 bill and received the worst service and experience with a restaurant and delivery person couldn't understand English so I had to keep texting and calling about the issues because she didn't understand anything I was saying. Maybe they have a new cook or something but things should've been handles much better than they were.
