Went to Barnfire this evening to enjoy a meal with my husband and son. We were seated quickly but then sat there for almost 15 minutes before waitress came to ask about drinks and take orders. The menus are not accurate at all- my entree that I ordered said that I was supposed to get 2 sides with my brisket sandwich- waitress said- no, menu was wrong and I only get 1 side. Then since I chose a salad she said that was an additional charge…. Wth?! We waited for about 20 minutes for our salads- and another 20 for our food. My husband chose pasta and that was supposed to have a salad and garlic bread. He never got his garlic bread and when we asked about it, the waitress said that the menu was wrong again. My husband was getting rather aggravated at this point and said that the menu being wrong wasn’t our problem and we wanted what was listed. She started to argue with him and he asked if a manager was in the restaurant… she informed us he was in the other room celebrating a birthday party and wouldn’t want to be disturbed. She walked off - we had to track someone else down and ask for boxes- and then she never came back to even get our payment. I had to go to the two gals up front to get help with our bill and pay. Very very disappointed in the service and the inaccurate info on menus. We won’t likely ever go back here.
This was our ( 4 adults) first time here. Our waitress took our orders on time, drinks served on time and she answered all of our questions. However when food arrived 4 out of 8 sides and 2 orders of grilled shrimp were not served. Two of us asked for medium rare prime rib and it came out medium well to well. Our server apologized however too many mistakes. Manager on duty was patient with me and made things right. I must say once food arrived the meal was delicious.
On a shirt vaction in Tucsan area and went there for dinner with my wife. we wnated soethign that was not too far from the hampton inn Marana it was only about 10 minutes away. It was not very crowded. Waiter was very nice and plesant. Food was good no complaints. It feels like a Outback to me. A western theme but otehr than that it felt the same. Overall no complaints. Pver the years i have detemrined that a lot of place are decent and i do ntohave any high expectations. I woudl reocmmend thsi place for a quick meal.
Appetizer took a long time, brisket had no taste, prime rib was not cooked as requested (very rare, not medium rare), salmon was over cooked. Appetizer (queso with brisket) was the best food we had. Expressed disappointment to waiter, who then went to manager, and had a discount applied to the total bill.
Ordered the baby back ribs, mashed potatoes and gravy and broccoli they were very good. The inside of the restaurant was clean. Don't know about the bathrooms didn't use them. Some of the waitress were professional and some were more like newbys. The prices were with in reason. Over all I would recommend it to others and go there myself again.
I haven't been to this restaurant in several years, in fact it may have been a different owner/ name at that time. The service was so bad that I just never wanted to subject myself to it again. Well, today a friend suggested it as a new place to try. I was anxiously anticipating a brisket sandwich , unfortunately the brisket is already sitting in barbecue sauce so I couldn't get the sandwich with the sauce on the side because I only use a tiny amount. I figured that I would be safe having a mushroom Swiss burger. Unfortunately my medium rare burger had no pink at all and was dry and meh. I had to laugh at the sliced tomato, 2 slices about the size of a quarter, and the laugh was not in a good way . Service was okay but didn't make up for a mediocre meal.
First time here. Waited 21 minutes to be tended to. Once food arrived we were told no brown sugar or toppings for sweet potato yet was not told up front! Steak was tough and dry with little to no seasoning. Only good thing from service and food was the beans were amazing! Will not return here
This place is still on of my favorite restaurants over the years. KaiLee was my waitresse last Thursday. She is amazing!! What a Lovely young lady. I double her tip and I'll do it again next time I come in to eat. All the food is so so good. These restaurants have had a hard time, please be kind and patient. I'll always eat here . I tell all of my family and friends. Thank you. I love the French dip too. Coleslaw. Mash potatoes. Meats. Omg. You get It!!!!
This was my first time. The server was nice but the sirloin I ordered was not medium like I ordered and it was very dry. My sides were mashed potatoes and broccoli and the mash was not seasoned at all. The bartender made a decent drink. I won’t be returning, it’s not worth the money or the wait.
Our first time there. Sat at the bar and everyone there were so nice. A stranger bought a round also! Bartenders were amazing and food was great. Will go back for sure!!
