I just ordered an Anasazi Chicken Sandwich for lunch. Sandwich was delicious until I was chewing and felt hair in my mouth holding my bite of chicken together. It was a long piece of hair cook between the grilled chicken and melted provolone cheese. Sad but I'm disgusted by the thought at eating here ever again. No hair in the cookie tho.
Great sandwiches and service. One of my favorite places. They have the best tuna sandwiches in Tucson.
Excellent as always. It's been 18 months since we last had Baggin's because we live in the White Mountains.The flavors were exactly as we remembered and it did not disappoint.The staff is very nice.
Always tastey but they seem to have changed the amount of turkey on the unforgettable. The sandwich was very slim compared to what was a normal portion. Overheard another patron complain about the same thing, but she took hers back and let them know.

It was 15% off my entire online pickup order and my Veggie sandwich, Spiced iced tea, and Chicken Bowtie Salad was amazing! I definitely will always check my email for your generous offers because I now know that I've gotten them before, but haven't used them. I also like how you can order the manager's special online, too, and that your website works and is always updated. Great job, Baggin's! Never stop serving Tucson! Also, please stay local and never leave Tucson!
I come here a couple times a month. Today the online order had a glitch causing a 20 minute delay. The store made up for it with a delicious sandwich. Five star service, five star food!

I ordered by lunch before 11am for delivery. The driver got here about 45 mins later but the order wasn't correct because it was missing my soup. After 30 mins I called Baggins and told them my dilemma but was just transferred to the manager who didn't bother to apologize and just rudely said the driver was on their way. I'll be staying away from this business for a while. I missed my lunch and I couldn't even get an apology for their mistake.
Ordered pick up in advance and had to wait 40 minutes after getting there even though they weren’t that busy, had to double check my orders Bc I was missing items and once I told staff they were super rude. One of my sandwiches was made wrong so I asked if they could redo it but they gave me a completely different sandwich and were so rude about it. They really need to train their staff to have better costumer service.
