Worst experience ever. One glass of wine took 20 minutes from order to delivery. Ticket time for food was 45-60 minutes for 2 appetizers, a kids meal and a salmon entree. 2 younger kids (4 and 9) should have had meals brought first but they waited 45-60 minutes! Meanwhile a table seated after us that clearly did not have a reservation and had more people got their food and finished eating before we had our food! We had a reservation and should have been served first! When I questioned why I was told computer issues with orders?!? No one told us that until I asked. I donât think it was a computer issue. I think they overseat the restaurant and give no priority to those who took the time to make reservations versus those that just walk in. I could tell our server and the other server I saw were running around like crazy- so I know it wasnât their faults. I assume this is a management issue allowing the host to continually seat tables knowing the servers and kitchen can of support. Ridiculous. Never ever coming back.
The last few times I’ve visited here, the bartender Greg made a great Old Fashioned, but this time there’s no more big ice cubes. You can’t have an Old Fashioned or any hood whiskey with regular ice cubes. Bring back the big cubes!
Food was good scenery beautiful
Poor service and sent flat iron steak once and almost 2nd time. Server not checking on us and does not know the wine list.
Host was not te best. He seemed overwhelmed with the reservations but after we were seated the waitress made it up. Mariah was spectacular, the way she offered the plates and how efficient she was made the difference. The table we seated had a great mountain view. The menu was limited and the food was okay. The shrimp tacos and fried pork (chicharrón) was delicious!!!!
Our server was outstanding. And the food was delicious. I had the ribeye and though it came out the first time over cooked it was taken back and promptly returned perfect. It was a nice experience.
Beautiful grounds and hotel. Set at the patio, great view of the mountains . Food was gourmet and delicious! Service was impeccable. One of my best dining experiences!
There is no view of the Catalina Mountains late in the day that is better than Azul’s outside dining area. It is gorgeous. The menu has expanded which makes visits more interesting. It has been limited for some time, so that limited our visits. The food was well prepared and generous. The service was excellent, quick with very little wait.
Cody was outstanding and attentive as our server. The food was delicious and unique. The only thing we’re the birds— we sat outside on the lovely Terrance and the birds were somewhat of a nuisance. However, we will definitely be returning.
Service is ridiculously slow and they definitely prioritize complainers to the extent of ignoring other guests almost entirely. We sat down before a lady and her daughter were seated. The lady was rude, on her phone the entire time on video chats with loud people. She was complaining the entire time as well, but boasted how she got her seat because someone else canceled their reservation. Not only was she seated after us, she didn't have a reservation on a booked night. Her and her daughter also got their food before my partner and I AND they were finished eating before we got our food. We sat down at 6:30 and didn't get our food until about 7:30. Our service was so much faster the night before when we sat at the bar. Don't bother sitting in the restaurant seating or getting a reservation. The bartenders are good at making drinks too.The burger I ordered was good, but I'd pass on the tamales.
