My partner's family and I came for lunch on Father's Day. We were taken to our table around 2pm and our server was Bob. He was super friendly and funny and helped us navigate the menu super well. We were only there for about an hour and Bob was super present and attentive and was always there when we needed more water or an extra ranch or something silly like that. Even though it was busy for Father's Day, Bob was cheerful and chatty and made the day feel special. Thank you so much, Bob! We all appreciated you.
I’m writing a review for the terrible customer service and lack of empathy that was given to my church family and friends on 6/18. Our pastors wife had passed away and to complete the night they went to apple bees. They were a party of almost 14 and wanted to combine two tables. The waitress stated that it “Couldn’t be done” but offered the manager because they wanted to be united on that difficult day. Manger came out and also reported that she couldn’t combine two tables to accommodate a party of 14. Manager gave a lame excuse saying it was due to “fire hazards”. However there were people in that group who work on building codes for a living and immediately knew they were lying, not only that, how does apple bees miraculously accommodate larger parties? Reports stated it appeared to be a slow night. At the end of that, they were still seated at two separate tables. Ultimately, they chose not to stay because they did not want to spend dinner separated. The waitress told her manager that they wanted to leave. Manager then stated that the tables could suddenly be combined. It’s of no fault of the waitress who was only doing what she was told but the manger that night lacked not only empathy for a grieving family but care for her staff who lost out on a party of 14 people and tips. Just know that we will NOT be dining at this establishment and will take our business elsewhere.
Food was good. Drinks were weak (house Margarita & Long Island Iced Tea) the hubby thought they were both too sweet. Place looks a little drab & dated. Servers looked like they didn't care about their appearance. They were friendly.
Good food and large portions. There is no longer the low calorie menu. With a margarita and a soda ,appetizer and two meals the total with tax and tip was $50.
Food was excellent. Service was awesome. Love happy hour. Only issue is that booths are not accommodating for toddlers. To high for high chair and booster bounces around in the cushy seat
I spoke with the manager Jack who was AMAZING and so helpful in organizing a time and spot for our family get together. Our waiter and waitress were AWESOME and so patient with us. Thank you. You guys made the night stress free!!
My daughter, her fiancee and I were treared excellent at the table. The waitress was very nice and made us feel welcomed. The food we ordered was delicious and it hit the spot when I got a free dessert because of my birthday!Treatment like these makes me comeback again and again.Thank you!
We not went for lunch it was 1230 not overly crowd seated right away. Server was prompt attentive .My husband had a prime rib sandwich it was hot as were the french fries which were awesome. I had penna with chicken which came with a warm bread stick.only wished my pasta had been hotter was barely warm. I didn't complaint had leftovers to take home .Used gift cards and still had to pay another $16 in tip and drinks.Unfortunely it wasn't happy hour so beer was 4.50 a bottle yikes! That's the reason for 4 stars.
The hostess would not seat us unless we had masks on but while dining the same hostess sat 3 different tables and at least one person wasn't wearing a mask. 2 other people walked right past her and she said nothing( one of them had their hand over his mouth). Our waitress was fantastic though and the food was good.
Waitress and hostess very sweet. I refuse to go back because I found a long plastic strip in my barbecue ribs. I reported it to the waitress. She apologized. Offer to replace it with another plate. But there was no concern from the manager because I didn't hear from her, even if I didn't ask for her. The waitress said they lost the plastic so they couldn't do anything about it. Tip the waitress very well. But I won't go back no more. Sorry apple B.
