If you've never had A&W you are absolutely missing out. Probably one of the most authentic tasting bacon burgers Ive had. The service is friendly and always on point and prices are surprisingly decent I wish they had one on my side of town.
Great hot food but definitely missing the old school carhop days with the hotrods in Ontario CA. The food is really good my only takeaway is I do not like cheese whiz but this is synonymous with the A&W brand.
Average adolescent workers, but good food.*Update* Went through the drivethru this time & got rude service, only mustard & cheese on my burger when I'd asked for only pickles & cheese & no ketchup or napkins in our bag, you shouldn't have to request it being a burger joint. Still a good burger though.

One of the few left in Tucson it's a privately owned right there in the Chevron gas station and you get gas so you get a receipt and go and get you a root beer float for a free how about that
We enjoyed our lunch here last Saturday. We went to the lical air museum and saw the restaurant was close by. And came in before going home to Phoenix. Everything was great.

A&W ROOT BEER FLOATS. THEY ARE TO DIE FOR. YUMMY FOR YOUR TUMMY. DO FORGET TO TRYOUT THEIR MENU COMBOS. ESPECIALLY, YOU OLDER FOLKS FROM BACK IN THE DAY.
