The food was just average.
We went in when it was not busy around 3pm. Sat and waited for the blonde girl with tattoo on her shoulder to even make eye contact with us for 45 minutes. Very strange as we go to the kierland location regularly and Brooklin and Kayla are always great always great service whenever we go in there. Not sure what we are going to do for three months while they through their remodel.
Stopped here to watch the sun's game and was packed. Grabbed a bench outside waiting for tables to open since it was 93 degrees out with the sun on us. Once a table opened I went inside and asked to be moved inside. Nope! Even talked to a manager, looking at 3 open tables, and she said they cannot reseat us due to server, food, other excuses. Big time fail. I have come here, or rather, other locations many times and never experienced this nonsense. I will officially never pay to come here again due to the terrible service. Zero stars if it were possible.
Place is busy seated right away went downhill from there very slow service started with a poor excuse for an Old fashioned. Place order for food took forever to get there was not good at all ordered the focaccia chicken it came out wrapped in what appear to be burrito dough that was not done. It's not good at all french fries were soggy and lukewarm onion rings were okay. Mark this place off the list.
Beautiful sports bar, but with a regular Burguer and the worst fries I ever had. Raw and embedded in oil. Couldn’t eat…. I am wondering how can they fail in such a basic thing…
The worst experience. My cousin and I were told to pick a table and we sat down close to the bar. Nobody greeted us but we tried to be patient and wait. Somebody seated themselves next to us and they were immediately taken care of. A waitress put a stool at our table didn’t even acknowledge us and walked away. Will never be returning and don’t recommend to anyone.
The atmosphere and staff are amazing. Stephanie was by far one of the best bartenders ive had yet. She was incredibly attentive to our needs and on top of everything! When we wanted to try new things she made phenomenal suggestions. Our friends are from out of state and she gave great tips about fun things to do in the area! One of the best Zipps we’ve been to by far!
Poor experience from the manager Justin to our server Hannah, she seemed to be more focused on the table with her family then taking care of her tables and us. We waved her down a total of 8 times, then she charged us for things that came with what we order for example the sauce on my burger and flavor in my drink example strawberry, watermelon etc. When talking to Justin about the poor experience he tried to justify the poor service by saying g it was her 2nd day on the job and waived our fee of sauce that was part of the burger. Thus whole place is a Joke and it reflects from the manager all the way to the servers. Seems like they are more worried about charging you rather then quality of food and service. Will be going to Loco patron down the street and not returning I recommend you do the same save your self you money and time which is most valuable
Ordered Nachos with chicken and “all” the veggies. No chicken, hardly any vegetables and the cheese was half melted and dripping with grease. . Sent them back and got the pretzel bites with beer cheese. Not sure what is in the bowl, but it’s not beer cheese. Absolutely disgusting. Bartender was great, but went 0-2 on the food. Come on Zipps, where’s the quality????
