Why do you have a sign that says open till midnight? Just asking. Cuz ya know usually when you see that sign it means your open till midnight!! We needed food quickly and went out of our way to have wings. Absolutly the worst kinda moment. Get your store together guys!!
If wing stop is gonna charge $2 per wing, then they should be able to afford to pay staff and have enough people working. Everyone is waiting a half hour for orders and there is only three people working.
Seriously the worst. Got here at 9:15 on Fourth of July and they started talking about closing the restaurant down at 9:30 a group walks in at 9:24 they turn them away and say they are done taking orders. I hope they get closed down, would rather have a Panda Express
By far the worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. One guy dining inside had complained about them giving him blue cheese instead of ranch. I received my bag, checked the first two and they were ranch. Got home and the other three was blue cheese smh. Wings were not cooked well done like I requested. Best thing out of the wings, fries and lemonade was the actual lemonade.
Sometimes it’s good other times the chicken looks weird and they over sauce the wings so they’re practically wet.
Came in for a pick up order on February 26 to find female front counter employee already irritated I requested the drink that came with my order and she proceeded to be little me in front of other employees who then scoffed and laughed as well as other guests hearing all this,. Apparently Wingstop trains their employees on how to provide the least amount of customer service possible. I’ll change the rating from one star to a two because this is a one time experience with this location
Got there and saw a paper on the door saying they wouldn't open til 4pm. The website and Google maps didn't provide that update -- waste of time

All these other reviews are so dumb. The staff is so nice and are trying their best especially since they’re understaff. I went in with some friends the other night around 10:00pm and they let us know that it was a 45min to an hour wait. They had about 30+ orders and just three employees. Props to them for being kind and holding down the store. Just have patients and if you don’t then go somewhere else easy as that.
