First Shirley was so helpful. She chatted with me about the Whataburger App. I misunderstood the FB ad I saw and thought just for downloading the app I would get a free Whataburger. I didn't screenshot it and so I realized after 5 separate visits then I earn a free Whataburger. So I ordered a Whataburger and now have 4 more visits until I earn a free food reward. It's a record setting 115 today. I am feeling it. Usually this specific Whataburger has me freezing cold after 3 minutes or so. I rode my electric scooter about 5 minutes away from here after going to the Plasma center (in honor of my mom, rare hemophiliac). I have been here for about 20 minutes and still feel hot. That heat tho. ?The restaurant it's self is very clean quiet very nice Country music playing. The restrooms were very clean. The restaurant is nicely decorated as you can see. Go ASU! My maternal grandmother's school. I highly recommend this specific Whataburger. My mom's best friend Dallas Howard LOVED Whataburger. He took me to the 7th Street location once. But I was a dumb kid and rated McD's better. Hey what did I know I was just a dumb kid. Anyways back to Whataburger. I love it now and highly recommend it. The only way I can see to suggest an improvement is to sell BISON BURGERS. They are 100000% better healthier and tastier that bovine (cow)
We were the only ones in line and waited 10 minutes for 2 burgers and one fry. We asked for no tomatoes and both of our burgers had tomatoes. The burgers were so bland and tasted terrible. The fries were the soggiest we have ever had. Definitely not going here again.
Had a great morning, woke up and thought why not get my family some breakfast. I had no issues with this location until today. I ordered my food, brought it home and started eating with the family. My first bite into the whataburger I found a hair and immediately threw up. I went back to sit with the family, decided to try the biscuits and gravy, maybe it was just bad luck. I was wrong again. First bite into the biscuits and gravy I found a nail someone had bitten off and spit out. I threw that up again took all of the food I had purchased and tossed it out. I am thoroughly disgusted. What a horrible experience. I tell you I will not be going back to that location and I will absolutely be contacting the health department about this. Nobody should have to deal with that ever.
Tried the new southern burger with slaw and bacon. It could use more sauce. We paid $30 for 2 people and we asked for 6 ketchups cause we ordered large fries and love ketchup. Their response was we can give you 4. Really, poorly trained staff to respond to us that way. We ate our fries and I ran out of ketchup. Don't be so tight with the ketchup #whattaburger .
Whata shame and disappointment. Manager walked through with a "how is everything"? We had not received our order and walked by 3 filthy tables. One had sliced boiled eggs on the table itself. Not busy, well past lunch rush. Our first visit to Whataburger. Probably won't be a second.
Visiting from Washington state and Whatabuger was highly recommended. They got my order completely wrong the fries were cold and the burger was horrible. As a burger connoisseur. The might be the worst burger I’ve ever had. Never again
This store has lost all respect for the whataburger name. The evening manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not know how to ring up a simple chicken fajita taco with avocado. Then messed up adding my rewards app to my order. As a former manager at this location, I am APPAULED by the staff, and condition of this unit.
This is my favorite burger joint. I even love the fries. I would give it five stars but because their busy at times, they forgot some stuff on my orders. Still my favorite place though.
My friends and I just left this location after being treated extremely rude. First the dinning room is closed, which I understand I respect the fact that there is a shortage of employees, what I don’t respect is that the rude man in the drive through not taking our orders because we requested 3 separate orders. We drove all the way out here, and you didn’t put the order limit on the little sign that we can barely see through the glass on the front door. When we tried to explain that we would appreciate him taking three orders, he cut me off and said would you like the two orders today? Extremely rude, and with an attitude like that, is why so many people don’t have respect for fast food workers. We were completely respectful and just wanted our food. If you close the dine hall, then you should be willing to take whatever orders at drive through. I also will be contacting cooperate and letting them know about the rude service. To the rude man, maybe you need to pick another job, if that’s the type of attitude your going to have, you chose to work at Whataburger.
Having grown up in Texas, I am almost always down for Whataburger at any time. Except this one. The managers here will look you straight in the face and deny you service at 9:40 because "they close at 10:00 to get everything done before close at 12:00". I have worked in the food industry for almost a decade and I am dumbfounded that any fast food restaurant would turn customers away during their posted opening dining room hours because it takes them almost 3 hours to close. When confronted about this, the managers will cuss at you and kick you out. I don't know who makes the rules with this particular restaurant but it is beyond backwards and for that reason I would warn any person from frequenting this establishment. Managers could use some further training about proper customer service and basic respect.
