Graveyard shift (3am-ish) 6.19.22. The staff, 1 young lady server w/pink hair, and 2 young men as cooks....and it was BUSY! But this staff worked like a well oiled machine, I had to wait to b seated, but it was understandable, and once I was and I had ordered my food came in about 5 min! This staff stayed positive & friendly during getting SPANKED! If I were a head hunter I'd come poach these kids! ?
Came to this location after another one refused to take my party of 12, there was a new sever Mariah at this one she took the orders to the best of her knowledge she didn't seem trained at all, and the grill cook offered little assistance. My meal came completely burned which I didn't eat, bacon was greasy and burnt served on plates, multiple people in my party didn't receive their waffles, or hashbrowns and 1 in party who didn't receive his order all together. I can hear the cook explaining she gave everything and she wasn't making more, as a cook you are to help correct an issue not make a server feel defeated, As a visitor from Cali I wouldn't recommend this place, more training and cooking techniques and measures are essential, no manager was present on duty just two women winging it. The server was still tipped in a effort to keep going as she was already defeated. Overall poor experience management should be ashamed.
Had to wait an hour and twenty minutes for food. Got skipped over about 7 times. Had to rudely ask for the server to finally take my order. Food wasn't worth this wait. I recommend going to the other locations. And they will messed up my order, didn't want to go back and wait anymore.This one is a joke. The only good thing about the visit was a sweet woman named Queen. She was the only one to check if we needed something and helped us. Out of the 4-5 servers she was the only one that helped

Great food fast service. The menu is simple and price is fair. Waffle house is like being in gramams kitchen.
Never been to a waffle house ever, but this experience was awesome, our server Katherine was incredibly sweet and helpful. It was only her and the chef and service was still speedy and DELICIOUS. You guys rock and I can't wait to come back ?
My experience with them has always been on point. I have no issues food is always fresh. Staff is the best...so to the manager keep up the great work. The teamwork i see there and the smiling face's well oil staff. Did i mention you get military discounts... Love it
My boyfriend and I ate at this location on Saturday 1/29/22 and I have to leave a review because, though they were short staffed, the energy and and spirits of the employees were great! One girl was singing and laughing and so sweet, she definitely put a smile on my face knowing that she enjoyed her job and was having a good time regardless of the circumstances. I don’t usually leave reviews especially for a Waffle House experience but the staff truly were a pleasure!
There are other WH locations where I receive better service that are cleaner and more accessible. The food turned out just fine, but half the restaurant was closed off for seating, like with yellow tape. Then again, it's always an adventure to eat at Waffle House. My kids and my dad love the brand and stay loyal to it for special occasions
