If I could give zero stars I would after me and the wife arrived for dinner around 8 and placed our order with just one person waiting before us to end up leaving at 9 pm without our food no refund nor any help till tomorrow because they didn't know how to fulfill the return all this because they failed to pay attention and forgot our order completely when they realized we had already waited half an hour and not one employee addressed the situation that our food would be late. Then a gentlemen walks in to order food but requested that his container be used for some reason they accommodating him and his order was out next that is when we requested a refund and they weren't able to do that now we had to make it home because we can't afford to pay for dinner twice in one night. There is no communication nor proper protocol being followed here

Worst management I’ve ever experienced. Trash pay and no respect for employees time, especially if you’re a student, and an incredibly immature manager. No wonder the staff turn-over rate is so high!
Everything sold here is tasty and healthy. they even have Sobe on tap. Kind customer service. my meal was ready in 3 minutes. restroom clean as well as the dining area. Totally recommend! my new favorite!
They charged me $2.50 for a kids drink cup when I asked for water. When I realized that they had just charged me for tap water I asked them if they could just refund my card. The cashier just played d*** and offered me a second cup. Very weird. Forget this place.
Omg if you feel like eating uncooked rice just go there . I spent $17 for a bowl of jumbo shrimp with steak , rice was so uncooked that I couldn't eat it , I called them and explained the lady told me to go back and she will give me another bowl and she apologized. Took the bowl to my hotel room and rice was still not cooked , wondering if she just gave me same rice from the same uncooked one .
Don't come here even if you're dying of starvation. Food is gross and dry. The fact that this place is empty while all the restaurants nearby were packed should be a huge red flag. For $10 you get 1/4th the food of panda Express.

Overpriced and uncreative. I thought I was getting chunks of steak for my steak bowl (kind of like Chipotle). Instead I got cheap flakes of meat that resembled the Subway Philly meat.It was decently filling, but in all honesty-just sucked.
This place can be good. But seem every time I come they are out of something. How do you run out of rice at 1 in the afternoon. I won't be back sad cuz the food is good.
