This chain is typically great. This location is pretty awful. Slow, rude service and they don’t serve food because of “the food shortage”… how about you just get your a$$ in the car and go down the street to the Fry’s that has plenty of bacon. The computer “crashed” during our visIt so they stopped serving. The bathroom (the one that wasn’t closed anyway) was disgusting. My toddler said “eeeeewww” when we entered the bathroom. It makes you wonder how much cleanliness is a priority if they can’t even keep the bathroom somewhat tidy. Total fail.

Delivery Order Cancelled Minutes Before Delivery says it all. Received email and text to call the store, so I did, and there's no answer. I won't bother to order from the store again as I've done in the past and I've deleted the app. Never again!

New favorite go to spot! Healthy and delicious and just what I needed. Had an Asian style wrap and Chia smoothie with strawberries. Definitely coming back and bringing the family along!

I’m giving this location one star purely because their customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced and on multiple occasions at this particular location. In my most recent visit, I ordered a bottle of water, a regular smoothie and a kid’s smoothie. The cashier asked if I wanted the adult version of the kids smoothie I ordered. I said no, and reiterated I wanted the kid’s version because the adult equivalent has ingredients the child would not enjoy. I was charged for the adult version, but the cashier was out of receipt paper. So I could not get a receipt for this transaction. Since I didn’t have a receipt I could not prove the overcharge. So, I left it alone. When the smoothies were done, the employee distributing (employee A) gave me two full size smoothies and called out the regular version of the smoothie, not the kids version. I asked for confirmation of the smoothie’s contents, and she blew me off and asked another employee to “deal with me.” The next employee (employee B) came and asked what was going on. I said I just wanted to confirm the contents of the smoothie so I know I’m walking out with the correct items. Their response was “it’s right, I know it is. I made it.” There was so much attitude attached to it, unnecessarily because at this point I’m being extremely cordial. I said okay and waited for my bottle of water. I waited for a couple of minutes and gestured to 2 employees for assistance. They both looked at me then turned away. Employee A then says to Employee B “are you remaking the smoothie for her?” Employee B responds “No, I’m not remaking anything. It was made right.” Employee A then says “then why is she just standing there staring at us? Like what the f**k?” Employee B laughs, but neither asked if I needed anything. So, I said “excuse me, I’m just waiting for a bottle of water.” Employee B says “Well, did you pay for a bottle of water?” I said I did and if they were the one that made the smoothies, they saw my order included a bottle of water. Their response was to put their hand up in my face and say “Okay, relax. I’ll go get it.” Then they called me a b*tch as they walked to the back to retrieve the water. It was the most unprofessional interaction I’ve had here, though it is not the first. The employees in the back preparing food had on no masks, hairnets, or gloves, and we’re not washing their hands between order prep, on top of the poor customer service. It seems like they are always inconvenienced when asked for help or asked to do their job. They’re always short on some sort of supplies; one visit they were out of straws, once it was regular cups so they were charging for full sized smoothies but only providing a child sized cup, and this time they were out of receipt paper. There’s no real leadership as everyone is extremely young and inexperienced that works there, and they seem to make up their own rules. Sometimes they take cash, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they open on time, sometimes they don’t. Once I went over an hour before closing and the employees closed the door on me claiming they didn’t do enough business in the last hour to justify staying open until close. It’s a mess and even though this is the only location I’ve ever had a negative experience in, I won’t be returning to any tropical smoothies after this.

I forgot what smoothie I had but it was exactly what I was looking for. The consistency and flavor was on point. The person that helped me pick was a younger cat that knew the menu well and was very polite.

Evelyn has treated many people who came to the Cafe with respect and world-class customer service, however; On this occasion, Evelyn displayed bias for action and customer obsessions whilst going above and beyond ensuring I left happy I'm spite of faulty machinery while being alone during shift. I very pleased with her efforts and will continue to return this location. Smoothie Cafe, these leadership traits displayed by Evelyn is not easily taught and rarely retained. Thank you Eveyln.

Customer Service by employee Sarah was very poor. I was the only person in the store and stood at the counter waiting to order for about 3+ minutes while she messed with the computer screen in front of me. I finally asked if they were having computer issues today, and she responded by saying she was just waiting on me to order. Not once before that did she make eye contact with me, greet me, or ask what she can get me. Nothing at all to tell me she was ready to take my order. Then, when finally placing my order, she never gave me the opportunity to pick what kind of chips I would like as my two side options. Instead, she made the choice for me. On top of that, my smoothie had the consistency of water rather than a thicker smoothie texture. Very disappointed. I wish I could have gone back to have my order corrected but at this point I was already late for work.

Whoever owns this particular store is a thief.We placed a LARGE order via the app, & when we went to pick up, not only was the door locked (staff shortage) but the phones have been off for DAYS.We went back a while later & we were informed that they had no product, & would send a email where we could request a refund?Why is this place accepting orders through their app if they’re not able to fulfill any of them due to short staff/no product?Why aren’t refunds given ASAP?Why are their phones off?

Today on 2/4/2021 the so called manger refused to serve me due to he claimed he is short staff and has 3 workers with him but refuses to serve me due to him throwing a fit on his employee can’t make it to work maybe he should of stepped it up and did his job instead of sending customers away what a great way to manage your store but his company many never read this review or care about Turing away customers due to his incompetence of being a manger or what ever his position is

I like this place. It's not far from my home and service is always great. I love their smoothies and wraps. The cashiers are always very attentive and friendly.
