I wanted to try something different for a business meeting I was hosting and came across The Peppermill: Steakhouse. I thought the menu had unique selections other than just steak so I decided to try it. I was shockingly surprised at how good the food and service was. I ordered the Chef's Whim, pictured on the far left. He made a great combination of roasted chicken, grilled eggplant and lobster in a creamy Curry sauce. The second photo is the Seafood Risotto and the person eating this dish was very impressed. It must have been good because they ate all of it and didn't leave anything on the plate. The 3rd photo is the leg of lamb and the person eating this dish was also pleased. He commented that it was cooked perfectly and wasn't overcooked. For dessert, we ordered the Chef's Whim again and he made us a banana fosters bread pudding. The banana paired well with the bread pudding and gave it a unique twist.
I’m impressed this small restaurant had the best steak , very reasonable price with the size of the steak . I went to popular steakhouse even went to steak 44, stockyards but this place beat them all in my opinion. I don’t really like plain boring steak and they really well seasoned the steak which is why I love it , very flavorful. I also really appreciate that they use fresh broccoli instead of frozen it’s crunchy when you chew it. I absolutely recommend it and I will be back. Might need to do a reservation

Excellent dining experience! We ate so much!! I ordered the root beer braised short ribs & hubby ordered the Big Kahuna burger. Then we finished it off with their Bananas foster sheet cake. We will definitely be returning!!! ?
We had great customer service here. Not only do they have amazing cheeseburgers, they also play the best music. The burgers come with fries for $18. It's a quaint, fairly small restaurant with a classy, casual ambience.
I have been to Peppermill twice now and this place truly is phenomenal. The first time we sat at the bar and got to speak with the owners wife a truly unique experience. The menu is constantly changing and you can tell the owner is truly passionate about food. Each dish is well thought out and creative and absolutely delicious. Give this place a try you won't regret it.
My husband and I went to Peppermill Steakhouse and it was awesome. So happy we discovered this place. We had cocktails, appetizers, entree, and dessert. Every dish was amazing. We normally go to Scottsdale for this type of menu but no need. Peppermill Steakhouse serves the same quality and more for the cost. I also want to add that Mike was our server and we was great. Very tentative and made sure we were happy with everything.
The cocktails and meals are carefully crafted with respect for the ingredients and love for the patrons who enjoy them. The Peppermill is always our first choice when we want to relax and enjoy a culinary and mixology experience like no other!
A small, casual, romantic atmosphere. Very laid back and unpretentious - yet classy and smart. (10 tables or so?). Fantastic artwork by a former employee on the walls that button up the atmosphere perfectly. Food, presentation and service was SPOT ON! We were not disappointed and look forward to another visit!
Fine dining menu in a casual, lively atmosphere with attentive service. It was busy and loud on Saturday night but that's to be expected with music and a small packed restaurant. This chef knows his stuff! You could make a delicious meal out of just the apps - foie gras, bone marrow, escargot, prawns, charcuterie... For flavor, the winning entree of the night was the sea bass but the paella risotto was enough to share so it wins for portion size. The duck confit pappardelle special was pretty tasty too. Loved the cocktails. Great booze selection.
