Very quick even if they are busy. Open early in the mornings from Monday to Friday at 5am which is perfect for early workers. They always give out those coffee bean whenever u order a drink. Staff are super friend, sometimes they will have a little conversation if they aren't busy
Well I can see why there’s never a line here. Blonde girl working tonight accused me of already taking a blueberry muffin top and I was like no you didn’t hand it to me. She tried to say she’ll give me another one even though she knows she gave me one. I made her charge me again because I’m not going to be accused of anything. I’ll stick with my Dutch bro’s. My fault for giving it a try here.
I come here a decent amount and have never had a bad experience! The staff is always so kind and so friendly and helpful! There's days that I have been extremely indecisive and they never get frustrated they just help me find something new to try. They help me figure out the app also so I don't miss out on any rewards! Def one of the best coffee places I go to!
Peppermint Frappe, it was delicious and went down way to fast!!! Service was so nice and fun. The guy helping us was very entertaining!!

Went for the first time today and had a wonderful experience! Im typically terrified to try new coffee places because i dont like my sugar drenched coffee but i was pleasantly surprised today! I got the caramel macchiato and really enjoyed it. It didnt taste very heavy and was on the creamy side. The chocolate covered espresso bean was delicious too!
Absolutely LOVE the different options for coffee available here ! Very delicious, can order through DoorDash and good quantity for the price ! If you get bored with starbucks this is a great alternative !!! also Iorder everyday sometimes more than once a day just because of the ease of home delivery and great flavours available year long !! :) THB is my new fave !
Ordered a 20 oz iced vanilla chai that easily was less than 8 oz of liquid. There was more ice than drink!! I really want my money back or a replacement drink. It was good but sheesh, i need to get what i pay for please
My Human Experience was absolutely perfect! Friendly, Fast service, great coffee, price friendly and breakfast sandwich was so good. Ham & Swiss Cheese Croissant Yummmmm!! I will be back for another Human Bean experience. OMG chocolate covered Expresso Beans!!!!! Must Try!! #SOLD
I don’t normally leave bad reviews unless there’s something really wrong. Every time I get a coffee from this place it taste like hot milk and nothing like coffee. I tried ordering a large caramel macchiato this morning to try something different to see if I could have an actual coffee flavor but it neither tastes like caramel or coffee. And on top of it I asked if the cup I got was the 20 ounce (large) which the guy reassured me was their biggest cup for their hot drinks come to find it clearly states 16 ounces (medium)on the bottom of the cup.
