Great The Dhaba local in tempe! I was in town for business and eveyone recommended the dhaba place to go!! They weren’t wrong! Udta panchi, butter chicken and lots of items fritters are fantastic.i was so full when i left this place?

Sketchy marketplace, sketchy neighborhood. The parking lot is cramped and crumbling. But oh my goodness is the food good.We had the chicken tikka masala and samosas and naan, of course. The masala was on point. I swear the spices on the outside of the samosas contain illegal substance because I'm still craving them.

Racist and extremely rude behaviour-if you are a proud Indian please don't visit this restaurant. The owners and staff are more interested in providing service to non-Indian customers. No clear communication at any point- Asked us to wait though the tables were empty. Other non-Indian customer came after and were given the table. When asked I was told that they have reservation and since I am not patient no service will be provided to my family. Without clearly communicating on why we are kept waiting and others are given preference, I was blamed for not being patient for asking questions and was refused service. There are many better Indian food restaurants. Since we were nearby and my kid was hungry we made a mistake of visiting this racist and unprofessional restaurant.

My husband and I have been coming to Dhaba every couple of weeks for years but never again. Today I came in and placed a $90 dollar order to go which is common for us. There were a few annoyances I was willing to deal with (a service charge for using a credit card and charging me for a full meal when all I wanted was a side of tikka masala sauce), but my son enjoyed the masala sauce so I was willing to do that for him. Over the last few months the portions have been getting smaller and smaller and there has been a safety issue in my opinion with all the drug addicts that hang out on the right side of the building, one time resulting in the police being called and my husband having to leave out the back way to avoid the delusional man and another where a woman literally passed out behind my vehicle, but the straw that broke the camel's back was when the young man taking my order said there was going to be another 15% service charge based off of my total. We had never been charged this before in all the time we had been coming here. My jaw about hit the floor and I had to ask him again to repeat himself because I thought I had heard him wrong. I hadn't. According to this young man this was a better deal than what Uber Eats or one of the other delivery services would charge me and he thought this sounded like a reasonable excuse. I was making a personal order to go, waiting and picking it up myself and there was NO WAY I was paying him an extra 15% of my total along with a credit card service charge and paying for a full meal when all I wanted was a side of sauce in addition to the rest of my order. I told him to cancel my order and took my business to another Indian Food restaurant where the food was just as good, with no service charges whatsoever. This other restaurant even gave me the side of masala sauce no charge. This little stunt today was just insulting and coupled with our experiences over the past few months we decided enough was enough. Sorry Dhaba you used to be a good restaurant but we wouldn't recommend you and we won't be back. Good luck with service like that.

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all. We were at the restaurant at 8:15 pm. The restaurant closing time was 9:00. At 8:15, we reached with all family and the representative gracefully said dine in is closed whereas they should allow check in for dine in till 9:00 (that’s standard practice through all restaurant world). Finally we got disappointed and left hungry.

Food was soo good. Loved taste of chicken tikka and mango lassi. Best Garlic Naan ever had with lamb curry.

I have just experienced the best Indian food I’ve ever had

Great Indian Restaurant we found while in the area. It was busy when we came and had the option to sit outside (party of two). For a place that was busy, the servers were attentive. We ate the Onion bati which was like an awesome blossom but the batter had a mixture of Indian spices which was nice, The Kashmiri Chicken Tikka Misala at the spice level of 6 (always a favorite Indian meal of mine), Tandoori Machi (one of the featured dishes in my gallery) which was an amazing cooked white fish dish mixed with onions and bell peppers on a sizzler plate complimented with Basmaati Rice and also ordered Butter Naan. Amazing meal and experience and will come back here to try more this place has to offer!

This is one of the best restaurant I have visited in Greater Phoenix Area. The ambience is nice. The food quality, taste and quantity was also awesome. I had to wait for 40 minutes to get a table, so I would suggest to visit during weekdays or early on weekends. I went their with my wife and our diet is not much. We just wanted to order one thali for both of us and they said I have to order one more entree and can’t share the thali. I didn’t understand the logic and that is why I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Delicious food! Tried the butter chicken, murgh kabab, dahi bhalla chaat and palak kofta and all the dishes were aromatic and tasty.
