Great food and experience!!!
came here on my lunch break expecting the service to be quick considering its fast food but by the time i head back to work after waiting over 15 minutes for 5 wings and fries my lunch break will unfortunately will be over. the point of fast food is convenience, cashier has no attention to detail. haven't had this place is a few years and now i see why. id receive faster service at wingstop.
I can’t rate the food because the cashier was so rude and unwelcoming I decided to go to Jersey Mikes.As I approached the cashier she was looking at me weird. I never mind it because idk what type of day the young lady had. I gave her a smile and a greeting hoping to shift her energy. It didn’t but I proceed to order a 5 piece wing. Her immediate response in a not so friendly tone “our wings take 18 minutes”. I state ok that’s fine and asked if they have honey hot. She stated now and with her not so friendly tone points to the menu above and says all our flavors are there. At that point I was over her attitude and told her never mind and I left.I don’t know what was going on with the young lady but if she doesn’t want to be the face of the company she should maybe go to the back and fry the chicken. I really wanted to try the wings but, I’m not spending my money with a person who doesn’t have basic human decency.Maybe I’ll try again and she’s in a better mood or not there but someone really needs to give her a lesson on her soft skills.Just for reference she was a black young lady and it’s was today 7/11/22 at around 12:10.
Was driving by and saw it. Nice spot for buffalo chicken and they also have some great milk shakes. Friendly staff made it welcoming atmosphere and will definitely go back for more. Will recommend to anyone who want to eat some good buffalo chicken.
I ordered my food at 2:54 p.m. with the expected completion time of 3:09 p.m.. arrived on time, but was told by cashier it'll be another couple minutes but I will come grab you. There was only one other family in the establishment, and after waiting another 20 minutes I went to ask the cashier where the order was and she grabbed it but told me it's been sitting out for 15 minutes. After another 12 minute drive home my well done fries we're soggy.
Came here to get buffalo wings hence the name… The Buffalo Spot.Was told I would have to wait 15 minutes for ten traditional wings that cost $17.Then the staff in the kitchen scream out that they don’t have traditional wings…. At a place that only serves chicken wings.So then I drop down to purchasing a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Advertised underneath it on the menu it says Make It a Combo for $3 which comes with a breadstick or fries with a 20oz soda.So I ask the cashier to make it a Combo. She says you only get fries and not a drink with a combo.I point to the menu and tell her what it says and she just shrugs.Never coming to this place again. Half the soda’s were out at the fountain too?♂️
Absolutely horrid service. Door dash delivered and forgot to leave drinks. Immediately called store to ask for driver to return, no help just call door dash. Not our problem, we gave them the drinks. Nothing to help an angry customer. I would have happily drove to the store to get replacements. Maybe a good course in customer service.
Ordered food from here through Uber and was so mad I spent almost $100 got a family meal the amount of fries was way less than anywhere else I've gotten that kind of wing meat. Also the wings were way to crispy which is not what I ordered and had no flavor/sauce. It was a complete waste of money I'm basically going to bed hungry tonight.
I came here to give this place a great review, and after reading a lot of the other comments, I’m honestly a little shocked. Maybe they took them as feedback?I placed a to-go order right when I left my house (9min away) I got there and it was ready. I was in and out pretty quickly. Plus my buffalo fries were amazing, good flavor, crispiness, yum!
Extremely slow service. No point in ordering ahead for pick up because you’ll end up waiting another 15 mins. People were waiting to pick up and order. Phone calls were missed. The dirty kitchen floor was flooding. There was water everywhere. Fries were stale and cold. Items were not labeled, so we could not differentiate them. I regret coming here and wasting money. No one seem to care, so why would I trust them with the food. If you don’t mind getting food poisoning then come here. I’ve worked in fast food before and it is not this bad. Hard pass! The front girl was nice at least.
