Cashier was very nice is the only good thing I can say.We love Thai food and this was a huge disappointment. $120 later to try all out favorites and they didn’t even come close. I would not waste my money or time trying this place.
Staff is always nice, fast, and efficient. Never had a mess up on an order. Food is always good, even better the next day.
Great 5-star taste, quality, and portion on all dishes we've tried, which is nearly entire menu so far. My Chinese wife is picky about her Asian food and she gives 2 thumbs up.But it's so expensive now -- I bet prices are 30% higher than last year. As if dining in price is same as the inflated door dash price. And there isn't the rewards or email deals anymore. So instead of weekly we do biweekly and started to rotate to other places in-between. So minus 2stars for poor value.Note that I leave the same review for all Thai Chili locations we visit, so maybe someone will take notice and reconsider pricing or loyalty incentives this year.
The food is great. I had a mess up with an online order that they were quick to fix. The portions are big, so I always have leftovers and they taste great the next day too.
Went there for the first time last night because I received what I thought was a coupon for a BOGO, but when I tried to redeem it, the message stated I had no coupons. My wife and I ordered the red curry, pad Thai, and Thai dumplings. All the food was great, but they forgot to give me my white rice. So that was pretty disappointing when we got home.
1st time ordering here, service was fast but the food is HORRID. Their "vegan pad siew" had undercooked, hard broccoli and the noodles were so over done they turned into a gelatinous blob. (See photo).Ordered it "hot"....absolutely no spiciness and barely any flavor.Dont waste your money here.If you are plant-based, you're better off at MOD or Chipotle in the same plaza.
For fast Thai food I have to say this place is pretty decent and I would go back. But what's making me give this place 5 stars was their service. I had a big order for my office (25+) and tried to order online but after placing my order their website said it was too big and I had to go into the store. With my laptop and excel in hand I plunked down at the cashier desk and went one by one with all the orders and add in. I requested to pick it up 15 mins after opening and they said ok. Tbh, I had my doubts this would actually happen but I rolled with it. Show up and you can tell the team was working like crazy to get my order done. I only saw 4 entrees ready when I came 10 mins early and thought they were in bad shape and this will be super late. However, they were only 4 mins past their promise time and that was due to one of them being diligent and double checking the order to ensure it was right and wipng down the outside to ensure it was clean. They packed it maticulously and made it easy to carry out. They did such a great job I bought a drink just so I could give them an extra tip. When I unpacked it at the office not one order was wrong! Great job to the team working. 9/1 night and 9/2 days. You made my team really happy!
We love the green curry and the Panang. That being said, since we started coming it’s been inconsistent and we’ve gotten less and less. Tonight they forgot the rice for my husbands. Started on a high note- I’m sure they can get back there.
Tempe location- got the drunken noodles and the pad siew; portion sizes are very generous. noodles in both bowls were overcooked so they fell apart when eating and like another review said, just ingredients thrown together with no combining factor, just chili flakes, some sort of sauce (soy?), some veggies, egg, pasta and vibes.And to top it off the worst stomachache of my life afterwards! ? go to Mod Pizza next door, way better worth for your buck
It would be five stars but when I use the app sometimes I get chicken when I ask for tofu. Vegan eaters make sure you check before going home! Otherwise the food is super delicious and super accessible. Love their Thai iced tea and coffee
