Just picked up my dinner, hoping to give them another try regardless of other reviews and my previous bad experience with the food quality. Much to my chagrin, this time was no different. I literally threw away my entire pad Thai because it was disgusting. $13 in the trash + my gas for travel for pickup!Flavor was poor, ordered hot and it wasn't there, barely any sauce, a HEFTY amount of expired bean sprouts. Yuck. I enjoy pad Thai quite a lot and this was not a representation of that.
This place has the potential to be good, but unfortunately more often than not, it's trash. Over $10 a meal, and on it's bad days (which is usally) the food is legit gross. You're better off going to chipotle for the 5th night in a row.
I love this place! Only found this one because the one off of chandler was randomly closed today. I love the drunken noodles with chicken! They have Thai tea as well and it’s amazing!
Ordered pad Thai with spice level - hot. The taste is pretty bad and there is no flavor in the dish. Should have read the reviews before visiting. What a waste?
Don't order from the app yet? Delicious food but gave me an error code while ordering 3x & I never got a confirmation that it went thru & ordered from a different place.I still got the food & ate 2 egg rolls till my boyfriend mentioned the diff order & we checked receipts.It's delicious food & I was willing to have it picked up, but management understood the situation & gave me a refund.I'm sorry for the circumstances but will definitely make an order in the future
Extremely rude employees , everytime I go here they are empty and the employees and standing around talking to each other and my order is not ready, when I ask about it they give me attitude like its my fault they decided not to do their job and have fun. I will no longer be coming here because of the employees. Please hire more professional people.
Staff were great - friendly! The drunken noodles were the best I have from Thai Chili. Perfectly cooked and the spice level was on point. Love this location!

Ordered on the app about 20 min ahead. Just a single order of Pad Thai w/Chicken. Had to wait add'l 5 after I arrived. But, they were very busy and was right after noon. The cashier lady was nice and helpful. The Pad Thai was alright, but no cilantro or lime. Evidently you have to pay extra for those. Overall, it got the job done and was pretty good. The amount of chicken was surprisingly generous. But, for $14 it really should include Cilantro and Lime - the way it's served at every other Thai joint. Only deducting one star for that.
Great 5-star taste, quality, and portion on all dishes we've tried, which is nearly entire menu so far. My Chinese wife is picky about her Asian food and she gives 2 thumbs up.But it's so expensive now -- I bet prices are 30% higher than last year. As if dining in price is same as the inflated door dash price. And there isn't the rewards or email deals anymore. So instead of weekly we do biweekly and started to rotate to other places in-between. So minus 2stars for poor value.Note that I leave the same review for all Thai Chili locations we visit, so maybe someone will take notice and reconsider pricing or loyalty incentives this year.
