I have to say the boiling fish here is the most traditional and delicious Chinese food among all Chinese restaurants in Phoenix area.
This was some authentic Chinese cuisine. The hot and sour soup had capsaicin spice where it does not burn your mouth but makes you sweat after eating it. The General Tso was perfectly breaded, not too crunchy but not light and the sauce also had that perfect heat to it. Tried the osmanthus tea to step out of my comfort zone. It was sweet and mostly just jelly so not really a tea.
Great food, nice portions, fried rice here is my fav. Not inexpensive, but worth it.

The best Chinese food in town. Super authentic. We love the fish dish and every other dishes we tried are 5 star.
Garlic crayfish was great. Spicy sirloin full of flavor. Love that they came with a fried egg. Friendly service.

You have to get the Kao Yu when you are here (grilled fish hotpot). We were convinced not to get the spicy option and the medium was really the perfect amount of spice. I could eat this every freaking week.

Returned for the grilled whole fish. An experience for the curious adventurers. We went with the Tang's special spicy flavor on mild and it was flavorful. Be sure to add your favorite vegis and side items to complete the meal. We enjoyed sharing the bubbling dosh. Will definitely come back again.
