I haven't been to Taco Bell in quite some time there have been some changes to the menu a lot of changes not to mention they have a value menu I tried the spicy potato taco and heading into Rito and a large dr. Pepper that was so good A lot of times restaurants the carbonation will be out this tasted wonderful. The manager was so nice she even let me get some ice because the hotel I was staying at the ice machine is broken her name is Liz she was so friendly and accommodating not to mention professional thank you Taco Bell way to go!!
This Taco Bell is extremely unprofessional. They do not care about third-party orders and delivery drivers. They purposefully delayed the pick-up process and ignored me the first time I went there. The second time, they served people who came in after me, and I was waiting for 10-15 minutes while I had to listen to a worker using profanities and foul language as he prepared the drive-thru orders. I do want to say that the manager was very kind and asked if I had been helped as I was waiting. Care more about your third-party delivery drivers. I'm never accepting Taco Bell orders again at this location. It has let me down twice.
Grabbed some tacos on our way through Tempe. Service was good.
I work for door dash and the employees here are so unhelpful. They have 1 girl playing with rubix cubes instead of working and handling drinks with the cube in her hand. The girl at the drive thru doesn't do anything but lean on the counters. They don't start any orders until after the dasher shows up with delays the customers orders.
Employee working drive through was pleasant but the food was cold and the drinks were hot.
Came all the way from LA, asked for the “Atrioc special” and they had no idea what I was talking about, the Quesarito was bomb tho ? shoutout to the Glizzard Lizard ??
PLEASE STOP MAKING ALLthe uber eats and doordash orders in order. not everyone tips and so the orders that aren't getting picked up get cold. And the drivers that are there for the order they were assigned end up waiting like 30 mintues.
Appreciated the help from the young man who was helping out the drive thru. He assisted me to make sure I completed the order using the app.

This Taco Bell is always great. I had a particularly good experience there tonight. They forgot part of my order so I had to drive back and was kind of annoyed, but they got right on it when I told them and didn’t give me a hard time at all. Then they found my original order and gave me BOTH plus some cinna twists. I gave the extras to a gentleman i saw on the street.
