We had a nearly 5-hour layover in Phoenix and our wonderful friends picked us up and we had a great time at Susie's! It has a great home-y feeling.The drinks and food were yummy and the staff was very friendly and quick!! Really enjoyed our meal!
Susie’s has delicious and fresh food. Their shrimp cocktails are amazing. We love their enchiladas, tamales and desserts.
Food was fantastic! Great prices! Only small issue was we don't eat out very often, my stomach wasn't happy the whole way home!
We were on a two week visit to Phoenix and Tucson areas and ate Mexican food every day. Suzie's was the best overall, and great margaritas too.

The place is a hole in the wall but the food was delicious! A group of five of us went for dinner and everyone was pleased with their meal except for the rice, it was a little hard but they offered to compensate us to make things right. We went the next day for breakfast and it was even better than dinner, we will definitely go back! They also have a full bar!!

I'm a lover of Mexican food... going far & wide to try it out most anywhere. Love pozole, but its not easy to find. Internet directed me to Susie's and I've been going ever since. Big menu including breakfast, lunch & dinner. Full bar in the back... and coffee too. Yes... they have pozole, but actually have 8 kinds of soup! Also sell tamales & other products to take home... good place to try out different kinds of tamales! I go to other Mexican restaurants to try them out... but Susie's is my standby... always there... and one always knows what you're going to get. Besides... my wife likes it!

Hands down the best Mexican hole in the wall breakfast lunch dinner spot with a little family taste and a sweet little bar in the back. Best menudo in town don't fool yourself at other places just come here!
