Went in to grab dinner. Wanted to try the new Monster Philly. I had the pleasure of having Angel take my order. Wow so many great things to say about this young man. He was friendly, kind, and smiled the entire time. His customer service was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Angel we need more people like you in the world. So glad I decided to come to this location and have the pleasure of meeting someone like Angel....he was great! Thanks Angel
I went here today 4/28/2022. He made my 2 sandwiches and the bread was hard so I asked him didn't he know the bread was hard he said yea it was a little (it was a lot to me) so he said he told bread that wasn't that hard and when he made that it was hard. So at that point I said forget it. When he said he found one that wants that hard made me already knew that all their bread was hard. But No won't we back there. 2 Hard sandwiches and remind u I didn't get them Toasted.
2 times in a row I've ordered online & they didn't give the driver my full order. The first time I called in to tell them, they had no solution other than "come in and get your drinks and chips." No offer of refund? This last time, they wouldn't even answer the phone call. Not a good look.
I always go here and I love the service this time I went it was new people and he try to tell me that's not how we do it. Boy don't tell me how to make my sandwich. I almost snapped ?
Angelo is an excellent employee best experience I've had at subway in a long time I will definitely be back to this location just because of him. This guy deserves a raise for his great attitude and the way he goes above and beyond for customers
Photo might not look like it, but this is a really pretty sandwich. I had to hold the flat bread down or it would flop over! I normally avoid ordering the flat bread because I've always felt it looked like a hassle to make a sandwich on. Kudos to whomever made this! Tastes great, too! I can't remember if the spicy italian comes with bell pepper and cucumber, but I'm a person who loves their veggies, so it's a welcome surprise! Thanks, Subway!
I just wanted to make a HUGE shout out to the sandwich creator, Angelo. He was so sweet, respectful, kind and friendly. I can be a bit overbearing with the amount of extra onions and peppers I like on my sandwich. He just kept putting the ingredients on til it reached my satisfaction. I let corporate know so now I am letting the Google review know. Thank you Angelo!!A quick shout out to Unique as well. I had forgotten Angelo's name and had to call the store to get it. Unique was busy at the time but took my number to call me back. I'll be damned, she did call back. I was truly shocked. I assumed she was just being polite, but true to her word, she called.Thanks guys!! I am reading how horrible some employees are this location.Luckily I had the greatest customer service because of you two. Remember there are still people who appreciate good work ethic, as such a person, I thank you!!

This location used to be good. Now they barely put any toppings, no turkey italiano (my favorite), no garlic herb oil, no polite sandwich makers.
Not worth going to employees are rude , disrespectful, they would rather smoke and hangout with their friends out front of the store while there's customers waiting to order with only one employee and five different orders . They don't follow the order ticket they don't give you what you order. This Subway should hop on a subway out of town!
