Just had Trinity serve me in the drive thru! She was excellent, so friendly and engaging. Chatted about van life and her personality was awesome! Great hire Starbucks - ?
Really nice newer location. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There are misters out on the patio. Nice and quiet too. Not too much noisy vehicular traffic nearby.
I had 2$ bills which is American money in the United States. However some young people are unaware of this and refuse to take it. Nikki said they couldn’t take my money and I laughed because I thought it was funny another younger person didn’t know what 2 dollar bills were. I’ve paid numerous times at other Starbucks, restaurants, grocery stores, target and etc with 2 dollar bills. I know they aren’t a common thing but it is American money that is accepted in the United States. After that she was very rude and didn’t think I had any other methods of paying and told me to leave. I’m a flight attendant so I understand customer service and rude people. In no way was I rude. I was taken back how I was treated more than anything. It was absolutely absurd to be treated disrespectfully the way her and her coworker treated me. I’ve gotten these from the bank and have paid with 2 dollar American bills before. This younger generation needs to learn some manners and apparently what 2 dollar bills are. Was really frustrating to be treated like I make counterfeit 2 dollar bills when I just get them from the actual source. THE BANK! I hope next time I go this will be resolved. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at Starbucks.
My 1st time at this location and the costumer service here was great. Hanna welcomed us in and asked us what we wanted to order my husband did not know what new drink to try so she mentioned if he didn’t like the drink she would request a new one for him the drink of his choice. It was clean and they were ready to close this location closes at 10 pm !
The baristas were very friendly, the service was fast even with the busy drive thru, and it tasted delicious! Its also very pretty, and the staff must have put a lot of effort into painting the chalk boards!It’s also in a great area, Emerald Center, where there are a lot of other big stores and places. Great spot to take a breath if you’re going on a shopping spree at IKEA or anywhere else
The line moves really fast here so don't be deterred by a long one. The employees are always really friendly and efficient as well!
Here I go again. I keep trying to give them another chance because they used to be my go-to place but they keep disappointing. IT seems like they just want to drive customers away instead of trying to bring them in. My neighborhood store is not allowing customers inside the store and the drive-thru is always long and disrupts traffic patterns in the parking lot due to not being able to go inside.Starbucks - please decide - do you want customers to come to your business or should we just stay away and go to the other places that actually want customers?
They always seem to get my drink wrong. I feel they get in a hurry and don't read the stickers.This was my 4th time going there. It's located by Ikea, so it's very convenient after I'm done with my shopping.The staff is nice and they do fix the drink. That's a positive note.
This location is always out of everything, usually it's peach or other fruity flavors. This time they had peach but no green tea. So we switched gears to a passion tea and asked for raspberry which they're out of. Not sure who is in charge of ordering stock, but since nothing is ever stocked, that person should be fired. Avoid this location, drive an extra 3 minutes to the next Starbucks to ensure you get exactly what you want.
I like the people here because they're very nice and I can count on getting a consistent Starbucks drink, which I greatly appreciate. And I like their chocolate croissants. The other thing that's great is the variety of alternative milk options available, and providing a cup discount (if I walk in and have my tumbler with me, $.10 off and no trash later!)My only thing is about every other order they'll hiccup my hot drink and make it iced. I mean, I know I'm in Arizona but I tend to forget my drink exists at times so I get hot so it just...cools down instead of getting watered. If I show up with time to spare they're sweet and will remake it but if I don't i just take the iced drink.To be fair I normally go in the morning when they're probably busiest. But throwing it in there :)Either way, go and say hi. They're sweet baristas and should be treated nicely in kind.
