There is a strange attitude problem at this location. I ordered a shaken espresso and oatmeal. They didn’t have ice, which is fine, but the individual taking our order was so weird about it. He acted like we were the problem for ordering drinks that require ice. Then, I ordered oatmeal with blueberries and cinnamon which threw the person taking the order through a loop of not understanding. I go to the location on Rural and Baseline and get this very item, no problem. But at this location, it was like speaking a foreign language. They said they would add cinnamon and instead, gave me a pack of brown cane sugar and nuts. No cinnamon, no blueberries. When you pay 5-6 bucks for a cup of food, and it’s this difficult, it’s hard to see the value in Starbucks anymore. Too expensive. Bad customer service.

This parking lot is awful and there always seemsto be 1-2 people working, making the wait… a little too much. Please do better.

The only one in 2.5 miles of my house with Pineapple Refresher…annoying.Wish I got the barista’s name who was so accommodating ?

When this store first opened it was great. Now it sucks. Coffee is just coffee, but if I'm paying $6 for a cup of coffee I want it the correct way. 3x I have ordered the Salted Caramel Cold Brew, and all three times it's been made incorrectly.Not coming back to this location, and advise all customer if your drink isn't made correctly have them fix it.

Manager has to fix employees mistakes, which wastes everyone’s time. Pretty sad when employees laugh after they’ve made the wrong drink. Are companies that desperate that they hire workers that don’t have any ethics or pride of where they work. If you want great service keep driving to another spot!

How long should it take to get a cup of black coffee? The person who takes your order at the register is no longer allowed to get it, (maybe 1 minute of work). So it goes down the line as he stands there doing nothing. Why in the world after 25 years of getting a coffee in less than a minute did Starbucks start this new procedure? The home office is out of touch and driving this company in the ground. I miss their common sense customer service.

Never too busy here, which means they’re usually not sold out of your favorites.

Love the service and employees, this issue is not inside. It’s a logistical nightmare of a parking lot. The drive thru regularly backs up to baseline, one of the busiest streets in Tempe, which completely blocks 90% of the parking spots. As someone who utilizes mobile order, and will only grab my drink inside, I now have to park on the side street west of the building. Oh yeah, there is now construction starting on the lot next door and workers are taking up additional parking.

Be very careful, there is a very angry women managing the register on the drive thru that is disrespecting every customer cause she’s having a bad day. If you don’t want your day ruined starting off, go to the next Starbucks. Women is working register 3/19 7:52 MST for manager of the location.

Clean and empty and espresso is hot what else can you ask for
