I had not had coffee in a while from Starbucks and the quality of the flavor has gone down while the prices have gone up.
Our morning stop. They rarely mess up drinks and everyone is very polite.
Customer service is great! They are quick especially when the drive-thru is busy.
I wish they made the drinks the same wherever you go. Each location makes my drink different. :(
General directions when going through the drive through are generally ignored. Ask for a coffee without a plastic 'stopper' in the lid and they will hand your coffee with the stopper stuck in the lid 9 times out of 10. This must be a result of training and/or being distracted at their job.
Friendly staff. Incredibly comfy seats inside. Tables outside to sit enjoy your beverage.
They only have drive through open and lobby closed. No warning nothing. Kind of hard when vehicle is in the shop to go thru the drive through.

They do not know how to make the brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. They used to make it good but now it’s just oat milk and ice every time. I don’t know what’s going on.
