Greatest coffee ☕ for late night :)Black coffee keep me awake for hrs ?
This has been my morning go to for a couple months now. I'm not one to post reviews, but I feel like it's important to say that this place is awful when it comes to customer service. Some of the morning crew are rude, and give attitude when ive asked them about minor things. I get the morning shift is tough, but I've been a barista before. I know the struggle, but they need to step it up lol. Coffee pretty good tho.
My daughter and I showed up at 7:55p and we were told they could not take our order. They were also not polite about it either. We won't be going back to this location again.
A combination of great food and the local Savannah vibe was the order of the day. It was a great morning so we sat outside and noticed that everyone walked to the restaurant. Locals and tourist alike were there for great food and great service!
Ridiculously loud music! Like it’s a disco!The staff said the sound goes back up automatically! Very polite and friendly staff though. If it wasn’t for the staff, I would given one star.
Good quality coffee. I ordered salted cold brew. But I love americano rather than it.
Girl behind counter argued with me over an iced coffee then tried to make me feel stupid by telling me no Starbucks serves "blonde" in an iced coffee...smh ignorance. Rude behavior. And she got my iced coffee order wrong.. really?
My wife and my family started out a nice day, until the lead cashier name "Makayla" with a bad attitude when taking several orders from us, not only she doesn't feel like serving us but feel forced to take the order after a small request with my Coffee. Since she giving us a hard time, we let it go, however this is where get worse of Makayla, while we leaving, we asked if we can get a ice tea refills since Starbucks policy State any Starbucks membership eligible for any Ice tea. But not Makayla, she refused and disbelief and want back to the store and make us waited for a long time. We feel Makayla does not fit her role to serve their customers. We did not get our drinks and decided to leave. Never wanted to deal business with this store again. The worst customer experience ever!
Drinks were fine but I had come to do some work on my computer and the place was extremely dirty. There were no tables that were clean, and the chairs and floor were covered with crumbs.
I tried to hit this location on most of my in office days the issue is oftentimes they decided to close at 2:00 or they decided to close at 3:00 in the afternoon and those of us coming in for a night shift get there and we can't get any coffee and by the time we know that we have no option but to go in without any so hopefully they get their staffing issues fixed so that we can have our coffee all the time
