The kids that work here get my order wrong 80% of the time. It's super annoying. Aren't you all supposed to be super intelligent ASU students? But yet fail to give out the right sandwich or drink order? No clarifying questions to help dictate a correct order??? They definitely NEVER provide napkins for food items. I don't know why I tip either. That almost ensures a wrong order. Still I will keep coming here bc it's in my neighborhood. But I can complain on Google at least LOL bc I doubt the kids that work here will care.
Great Drink was good & get. Bagel w Avacado. They were out of cream cheese.

I've tried this location twice. First time they made my dragon drink wrong though I didn't alter anything from the original. Second time they gave me what appears to be a caramel macchiato made an hour ago. The drink was room temperature, the ice almost gone and sticker time stamp was earlier in the day, pretty obvious they gave me an old drink someone rejected. Go to another location.
Great little stop in a parking lot to grab an espresso while in a ride on a beautiful day here in Tempe. The staff was friendly even with my particular order I just needed an extra cup and sugars and all.Always a place to stop for a quick pick me up.
This Starbucks has been awful, closes early, always runs out stuff, and takes long. If it happened once or twice I get it. But over 10 times? Very very unprofessional from the female workers as well. Very sad
I loved the option of not waiting in the drive-thru but being able to walk up to an outside window and order. I live in Phoenix so weather isn't really a factor but great service, it was fast and I just loved the vibe.

Small but fantastic little Starbucks shop. They have a great little walk up window and an outdoor seating area. You can drive up as well but no inside seating. But the weathers usually good so it’s nice to enjoy the coffee outside. The service was fantastic, the barista‘s are all great! I enjoy going here when I am in Phoenix for work.
