Go somewhere else. No fresh brew Dark Roast, even though its only 10 am (Friday). **Their bathrooms are also closed to customers.**. No bathrooms? Just do drive-thru! But I wont be doing drive-thru either. visiting here again. 9000⁰ I'm close to done with Starbucks. Tired of the bathrooms being randomly closed, using tbe pandemic excuse. It seems to be regionally decided or store by store. Employees are nice and they generally have good service here, including today. Tables are open inside and out. I"ve been here probably 100 times. The tables need wiped today.
When your faith in humanity becomes restored , I witness the the front clerk young lady with pretty braids ask a homeless man who was waiting for a water cup next to me what he would like looking at him the human being he is with kindness and then the girl next to him handed him a cup with a smile from ear to ear , gotta say it got to me in the feels then the young lady’s took my order n got it out to me fast , this location has been here for years n hope it’s filled with nothing but good people like the two young lady’s here today, that’s where Il spend my money at. Thank you lady’s for helping me have a better day after seeing that kindness
The manager (Slim girl, with glasses, she’s a 2 out of 100, she’s just so oogly to look at ;). I went up to her to place my order around 8:40 4/29, and she rudely said “ohh great another Mexican, what do you want ? An Horchata ? “ I was very offended, she’s a manager and Starbucks allows that?? That was out of pocket. I was trying to place a second order and she interrupted me saying okay would that be all sir? Come on man, you guys need to fix that.
Walked in at 5:29 and was told no. They close at 5:30. Very rude attitudes from both employees.
All the employees are great there. They treat you well.
Often closed when supposed to be open, don't waste your time and just try another location

They're very slow at this one I work near by so its the go location. But frankly they have so many people working but none of them are really doing anything most of the time. There's no sense of urgency so expect it take some time to get you coffee.
There probably is a disgruntled employee working here. Purposely messed up my Java Chip order. I ordered a Java Chip with 3 extra chips, no whipped cream, no ice.This Starbucks gave me a Java Chip clearly with whipped cream on top, lots and lots of ice inside and barely any chips inside. Mind you I paid $2 extra for extra chips. Not sure what they gained from doing this.
Great service and love their ice chai.
